Would give them a zero star if I could. Never answer the phone. Terrible communication. As other REAL reviews state Paul is a car sale men’s and very rude. If you call too many times for answers they drop you. DONT USE PLACE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH DEAL. People who’ve left good reviews are only bc of JORDAN the only good person there
Justin you have never done business with us. I am sorry your girlfriend did not qualify for a loan. My loan officer tried to do everything she could to help her. We had to stop taking your multiple inappropriate daily calls.

Travis was excellent. I closed almost two weeks early. This was a painless process. I was expecting this to be drawn out, a pain in my bottom, and ultimately a headache. It was quite the opposite. Staff incredibly friendly and likeable. However, poor customer service.Will leave you in the dark, does not return phone calls or emails. If, you call more than 3 times in a week, they will tell you to take your business elsewhere because you call too much. Used another lender and closed 45 days later! Save your time with these clowns
