The ladies in Canton are great & the energy in that office is back the way it has always been!

So I don't normally bother with reviews but I have been using this company for about 4 years and don't get me wrong I have no complaints about the platform, but I called in today to make a final payment on the phone and I have to say that the customer service was a little less than welcoming. I don't know if I caught the lady (sounded more like a young girl) whom I spoke to at the wrong moment, but her attitude was very short and sharp and not warm at all, it was like I was inconveniencing her by calling. So this has prompted me to write this review. Step up the customer service 1st Franklin, this is how you lose customers.

These guys are amazing and I love all these lady’s and gentlemen ! These guys are awesome I definitely recommend them!!!

Beautiful people, both personable and professional! Highly recommend, I've used these ladies the past two years and I am truly appreciative for them. Five stars all around, from the office manager to the new recruits. So polite, and literally can not give enough praise for how great they have been to me.

First of all, my visit to the Canton ,Ga office is solely due to the nice reviews I've read before deciding to take a drive and a chance. Just like the reviews that I read, the atmosphere from the staff to the incoming/ returning customers was delightful. My experience was to the point, seamless, professional and very considerate of my delicate situation. God makes no mistakes and I appreciate my encounter with Mrs. Erica and Mrs. Melissa today. I even left with a plate of food...lol. It sounds silly but the ladies were awesome extensions of kindness from human contact that anyone would admire and embrace. I give these ladies 1 Million "At-A-Girls" (hope I spelled that right Mrs. Melissa) Lets move their rating from 4.8 to a 5.0, they truly deserve it. Thanks again!

These ladies got me my motorcycle loans twice now. Approval was quick and they are very courteous and professional. Will definitely keep them in my future purchases.
