They needed a debit card to my acct which was weird and asked for Ach information but never used it. They keep calling me on several different numbers that’s weird.

First choice was very professional and pleasant to deal with and I love their referral program. I will definitely share my experience with friends and family and I hope to send them more business. Alex Torres

These guys have not corrected the error for my payment. They did not put a expiration date for when my payment clears my account the payment hold stays on my account. No accountability from them. My other bill payments are not getting processed because the hold is causing issues. No one will return my call. So not fair

I love coming here for my short term loans. They are really nice and helpful and I think they make the process easy and quick. They have definitely helped me through some tough times.

Just no wiggle room as a company to help you out. During a pandemic I lost my job and had a loan out with them. They tried to take my payment through my debit card and because I had no money, they went and tried to take money out of my bank. It then put me in the negatives. It was nowhere in the contract that they could do that. I told them that and they said they would send me where it showed it was and they never did. They kept sending me emails asking what they could do to “help” and every time I would ask for something to help me out with COVID-19 related problems, they would just say “we can’t do that cause you signed a contract” even something as simple as moving the date out a few days. Terrible company. Terrible service to their customers. They don’t care what is going on and pretend to want to help but only keep referring back to the contract. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

The people who work at 1st Choice have always treated me with kindness and professionalism. They are responsive and incredibly fast at processing loans so that you can access the money needed quickly.

They called my boyfriend and told him I had a job offer and needed to call them back! I also had to get a new card but made a past due payment with my banking info.They didn't save it on file and I incurred past due fees which they wont work with me on.I cant wait until I never have to deal with this shady business again.

1st choice definitely lives up to their name!. This was my first time taking out a loan so suddenly, but Glori made it a great experience. She answered any questions I had, as well as communicated and laughed with me through the process! I applied, was approved, and received the funds all within the same day! I would definitely recommend 1st choice in Midvale to anyone needing a little extra help!
