I would give this a 5 star review specifically and only for the fact that Michael, who I’ve spoken with twice now, has confirmed i have nothing wrong with my account, alleviated the stress that other people in the company have given me. And made sure to go out of his way to do what he can to assure the problems don’t continue to happen. 1 Star to PAC as a company themselves because I’ve had all that they ask for in insurance and then they charge me fees claiming that i don’t, and it’s an ongoing issue with them.

Shout out to Michael for seamlessly wrapping up my final payment. We're very appreciative of PAC Auto, and our own experience was pretty hassle free. Good to be the sole owner of our vehicle now. Thanks again!

AJ was amazing in helping me with a situation. He fully understood and had empathy. It made me feel appreciated since I have been always current on my payments and life happens. Highly recommend this company. All of the representatives are always very helpful but Michael went out of his way to give me more information than I call for and it was very helpful. Thank you Michael and PAC for helping me when I needed my car.

The customer service at PAC Auto Finance has always been exceptional in my calls with them. Today I spoke with Melena and she was able to provide excellent customer service and was very thorough and accommodating in our conversation. I left the call feeling as though all of my questions had been answered adequately and in a friendly manner. Great job!

Worst auto finance! i paid my car almost a month ago and i haven't received my title. They "submit" the wrong information to the dmv, they told me they will send a lien release ASAP..... 4 days later. So 3 weeks later i called the DMV to check if the title came back from USPS but there's no "Submit" from PAC, and they had my title.

I called PAC and spoke with Theresa & Bonnie and they were very helpful in answering all my questions Thanx so much both ladies are SHINING STARS

Update 4/14/22.. I had the pleasure of speaking with AJ today. He was understanding and was able to help me out with a payment issue. Thanks AJ!! I have not had the best experience with PAC since purchasing my vehicle. I've dealt with quite a few people regarding my car insurance and they have all been less than friendly. They have acted as if it is a chore for them to provide customer service. I had to call, once again, today to make sure they know I'm insured. I was helped by Sara. My review is based on my call with her alone and not on my experience with PAC as a whole. Sara was friendly and seemed like she wanted to figure out my issue and resolve it. Thank you, Sara!!

FINALLY someone at this shady company who understands what customer service and polite manners is about. I've had a wrenched time from day one with this company. MICHAEL.... you are a star among clouds ⛅️ Shine bright. There are big things ahead for you.

Had to call PAC yesterday regarding a payment matter and I was talked to so rudely that it caused me to get really frustrated. After ending that call , I called back and that call went well. Still unsure how I feel being financed with PAC. They are a high risk loan company and if your new with them just pay everything on time because there’s no understanding with new customers. Make sure you have FULL COVERAGE insurance because if Not you’ll be forced into theirs. I’ve dealt with banks previously and none was like PAC. Honestly, I cannot wait to refinance with a different company. I’m grateful , but as a new customer 3 months in , im not liking the way my phone gets blown up if im one day late! And im getting painted the bad guy like im running off on my loan .

Hello Collection's Mgmt. Just sending this quick text msg. to mention & post that Maria S. was very professional in her duties overall upon my call back. She was polite, courteous, a great listener, plus was very informative. Most imprtantly too me,, she being "very understanding" to my current/past financial hardship circumstances. I am very appreciative that she & ur agency were (going out of their way) willing to offer me an 'extension' to my SUV/loan acct., which HELP's me out tremendously I thank her & the PAC organization for there approval to this offer. These folks are responsive, professional and willing to help. Diane, the gal I worked with is a rock star at customer service. I highly recommend that if you are having issues call her, she's all about finding solutions that work! I also spoke with Susan. She like Diane, was kind, professional and amazingly helpful. With Susan's knowledge and patience all concerns were handled quickly and perfectly. Thank you Susan for going above and beyond!

The tag for this isn't there, but it's a car loan company, they have been good to work with and I've been happy with everything. The five stars reason really though for me was with the customer service specifically due to Micheal S. and the call with him. Financially things have been rough and a ton of things fell at one point and I fell behind and have been extremely anxious about it. He was very nice, and worked with me and the manager coming to a situation that has been a godsend to me. I truly appreciate and am very happy I've worked with them and specifically Micheal and his fantastic customer service.

From the moment your bill is due, they will call every hour, on the hour. The call frequency borderlines harassment. Every call, when speaking with someone is accompanied with a threat. Mind you, I never missed a payment!! People with challenged credit should not receive second class treatment.

Bonnie has helped me with so much to get my claim for my car to be fixed and has been good at reaching out to let me know any updates and making the process stress free and easy

I love PAC auto finance, they have been working with me thankfully for the better part of almost 2 years and I always get the help I need in a timely manor. Michael was very helpful and informative. let me know all of my options for refinancing and payments. i never want to go to another finance company in fear of not getting the same service i get from PAC.... this is a really hard decision for me, however yall are amazing!!! thank you for all that you do

Very helpful and caring company. Make you feel like family more than a number. I would highly recommend to someone that's looking for financing for a car. Karen, Maria and especially A.J. have took more pressure off me that they will ever know nor understand. Forever grateful for this company.
