I would never do any type of loan, savings, or checking account here. They never answer the phone and are very hard to get in touch with. My payments automatically come out for my car loan each month. One month I noticed the funds did not come out of my wells fargo account. I called and one of their employees told me it was a “glitch” and THEIR system and not to worry. Come to find out I had one whole missed payment and late payments building up that I was totally unaware of. I was not properly informed of this. None of their employees in my opinion are properly trained and have any accurate information. Every time I called, I got different information from different people. I had to physically go in there to resolve the issue. I also had to dispute the claims on my credit which went in my favor. Just not a great experience. Would not recommend!!!

When you're a small operation, you strive to grow, NOT here! Poor customer service, poor systems (atm, website etc). A few months ago, I called to setup online banking, (because you cannot do it yourself "ONLINE") the lady I spoke with asked me for a password to use, so I asked if we're able to change it ourselves online, she said no, you're not, so I didn't do it, and a coworker said to go there and try. I did and was given a bit better help and did open an online acct, and was told yes you can change your password. You try to login to the website and there's no Username permitted, you MUST enter your account number not a username, password AND answer your secret questions on EVERY login, even from same computer. If there was something incorrect you must start from the beginning again. Let 1st Choice be your last choice!

The ATM card does not work.It will work at a regular bank but the fee is high. Not worth the headache

I worked at Grady for 14 years, during my tenor I opened an account with the Credit Union for convenience. I of course kept the account after I left. The service is great in person, but horrible if you're trying to call, or do anything online. For the life of me I can't understand how you have automatic payments withdrawal setup for payments toward a loan and be delinquent with payments and the funds are sitting in the account, and of course you can NEVER resolve the issue over the phone. Fix it Jesus!

I've had an account with this bank for 10 + years, and I always used the Grady location when I worked at the hospital. Ms. Bell, and others gave excellent service. Ms. Regina K. at the main location is professional and very helpful as well.

I LOVE what they are doing! Apparently, there is new management, new direction, new phone system upgrades, staff training, I was so happy to speak to a happy employee, I love a "Cinderella Story"...that made me a happy MEMBER! Looking forward to great new things!

I have been with this bank many years but this year the spirit of this bank fails 100%...It does not deserve even a -0. way below zero. UNPROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S BEST. I am leaving this bank today. The loan officer, Ms Newsome, will not answer your calls, nor will she return them. The other staff memebers are all in this together it seems. SAD SAD SAD. and good bye

I'm a 21 yr account holder. First as a Grady RN and now as a retired RN. I've always found the staff professional and accommodating to my banking needs. Ms Bell is my favorite teller but they all are very capable and are not ashamed to ask the others if they need help. They get 5 stars from me❤
