The online application process was a breeze. I lost connection while chatting with a rep online and received a text message from the company to make sure they were able to assist me with my question. The loan process was one of the easiest I ever done. It was quick straight to the point and I had a decision within minutes. The Representative I spoke with Courtney was AWESOME she was very patient knowledgeable about there product and procedures as well as polite and courteous 👍👍

It's hard to get in contact with anyone when you call. It took about a week for me to get a decision. I received two notifications one for loan approval then 20 mins later a denial notice. That process does not even make sense, as if I would have signed the contract when received, how would that situation been handled. Don't waste your time BMG has a way better process for Federal employees.

Definitely a hoax! Their claim that Eligibility with VIVA is based on employment, instead of credit score is FALSE. I was approved, however much less than the amount that I applied for—- when speaking with the representative, Terrance, he stated that the lessor amount was determined based on my credit score— and did not speak on the fact that credit was a factor. He said, “We’ll go ahead and cancel the application….” VIVA FINANCE, thanks, but no thanks.

This is my second time using Viva and they are amazing ! I love that no matter where you stand, but they still give you a fair approval rate. Pay back is super convenient through payroll so you don’t have to worry about missing a payment. I believe I’ve spoken with Blake H. I'm a teacher and I can tell you how hard it is sometimes when only get paid once a month. I can't say enough about this company. They have helped me now twice and I am so glad that they have been able to. The agent I worked with was Mattie and she is the most amazing and wonderful person. She is attentive and patient and will help you in the best way. I would suggest this company to anyone that is wanting to get a loan especially if you are a teacher.

Excellent customer service. I was doubtful at first with the call waiting time when you first call to accept the offer. It had said there was more than 10 callers ahead. To my suprise my call was answered within 15 minutes. It was such a pleasant experience. I was approved earlier this morning around 10 am. Mind you I applied yesterday but it was consider a holiday so I had to wait the next day. I just now received the message that my funds are on the way which was just only a few hours later from being approved. I really needed this financial help. I like how they do no credit check and its based on your income. Overall would recommend 10 out of 10.

Which was app. With all the work & credit going to Matty. She's a great employee for your company, and went beyond what she needed to do for me. She was easy to talk to and very helpful,to get this loan finalized. Which I should I see today hopefully, or tomorrow.
