I came in to register my car and get new plates. When I walked in I was greeted promptly and given a number. I had a seat and with in 5 minutes I was called. Stephanie helped me with my transaction and was very helpful! Also the lobby was very clean unlike other 3rd parties I have been too.

Raquel was extremely fast and very professional. The whole process took little time and at the end of what appeared to be a busy day Raquel still had a smile and lots of energy. Rose was exceptional too. Thank you ladies.🙂

I will never go to state run DMV again. The employees have always been nice and helpful and the process is very quick. Shout out to Jen who was amazing today. Thank you.

I’ve been here a few times, replacing my ID here and getting a permit. Stephanie on the dmv side helped me really quick, and I’ve never spent here more than 10 minutes. The place is clean and never busy, and all staff is friendly and professional.

Came in to get DMV work done.. Was greeted by Rose. She was able to answer a few questions i had for me being from outta state and trying to register my car in arizona. She was polite and friendly. I then went to the dmv side and Reyna assisted me and she was very kind and sweet. Helped me with all my questions and took care of me quickly. I thought it would take all day but it didn’t. I will return!

Terrible experience, slow and rude service and at the end of the day they sent my plates to the wrong address. They will not take calls regarding this (have spent over an hour on hold waiting). I have filed a report with the FTC and would recommend others who have had a similar experience here do the same.

I recently came to 1 stop to renew my DL and get a 30 day permit for my car. The young lady at the check in window was very nice and welcomed me with a smile. She was very helpful with explaining the process and taking my picture. When I got to the dmv side I was called up promptly by Stephanie. She was very helpful! I had an awesome experience and will definitely be returning! Thank you to the ladies at one stop!

These ladies have no sense of urgency and there customer service etiquette is very much lacking. They ate having dull blown personal conversations while we are at the window. First and last time using these title type places. I’d rather wait at the DMV 🙄😡

I called at least 6 places before I landed here. The phone representative was really helpful and friendly unlike other places. When I arrived Melissa , Erika , and Vee assisted me. I went in for DMV services! I love what they did to the place ! Great remodel!!! I can’t express how much warmth I felt going in there this morning ! Vee checked me in, the most brightest smile I’ve seen in months!!!!!! She was very welcoming and friendly to me and all the customers there. we need more people like her in this world!!! . I was explaining to her I waited over an hr at another 3rd party close to my house and I wasn’t even checked in so I left ! Came here kinda out of my way … and I was out less than 30 mins with Stephanie! Really nice experience the check in lady’s were wonderful. Went to the mvd side and they were very fast to call my number didn’t even have to take a seat! Would highly recommend to all family and friends!

I wanted to just say that I really appreciated the services I have gotten from this establishment recently. I went in the other day to get my motorcycle endorsement and it took all of 20 minutes. Then I came back today and had bought a new motorcycle. I needed to transfer to the title over and they made it super easy, fast, and were so kind. 5 stars for being so awesome! I will always go to this location in the future for all my car needs.

The employees here are extremely unprofessional. They consistently roll their eyes at you when you are trying to get a service done and then talk about you in Spanish to their coworkers. PRO TIP: there are non-Hispanic looking people who speak Spanish too folks! HORRIBLE. Don’t believe the good reviews, they offer a discount on services if you leave a review!!

Good friendly service, was very busy Saturday, but I still got in and out with new license & registration within an hour without an appointment. Much better than a traditional DMV experience would be. Definitely worth the premium

My son used their services to get his drivers license. There was no waiting, they were professional, and good customer service! I whole heartily recommend the location in between Cooper and Gilbert on Guadalupe.

I am a lawyer. So the staff surprised me at how fast, capable, and precise they are in a confusing area of the law. Jenny especially was five-stars. She knew the law as well as I do and I’ve been an attorney for 22 years. I’ll never go anywhere else

2 good experiences here. Moved from Illinois and changed over my license to Arizona, and then registered the car. New license took an hour but registering the car on a separate visit took maybe 10 minutes. The fees weren’t out of control by any means, although I wish they’d list them on their website. Hard to complain about much here, especially when compared to the regular MVD facilities.

Melissa was very helpful and very efficient. Everything was prepared in advance. They made the experience a pleasant one.

I’ve been here multiple times. They are fast, convenient and courteous. I will never go to any other MVD office. This is through multiple license changes and two new licensed drivers. Worked with Jorge today who made me feel like I had to take a few minutes to let others know how great the service here is.

This place is AMAZING! Crystal and Vee were very helpful throughout the whole process. With me just relocating from a different state, I needed a little push with catching up on bills as well as medical bills. This place saved my life! Please please come and do your business with them. I renewed my ID in the 4th of September to make sure it arrived before a trip I was going to take. I called because if the excessive time that has passed and come to find out my application was lost. The person on the phone was so nonchalant about it. I guess it happens all the time. I wish they would've have told me that before I paid them. I'm now going to miss my trip (non refundable btw). The person on the phone honestly couldn't have cared any less. Now Ihave to go back down there, refill the same application and hope this one doesn't get lost. I will avoid this place in the future and I recommend others do the same. Edit: I just came down here for nothing. I was told specifically by an employee to come down here to redo an application. I arrived and was told by that same employee that I dont need to do anything even though its been more then the allotted time of 2 weeks. Couldnt answer any questions I asked. After wasting my time and making me come down here, they still give me a snarky "have a nice day". The person I spoke to was completely incompetent and unprofessional. If this review can help anyone not waste their time, something good would have come from the horrible experience.

Heather was great. I was frustrated because my bank had misplaced my newly deposited paycheck and nothing seemed to be going right (just one of those days). Even though it wasn't her fault she was patient and super helpful. She helped me out quickly and explained everything. Heather is super professional and did a great job during our transaction. Staff was unprofessional and not friendly in any way. This was just a transaction for them. No customer service at all. I am paying for extra service, I at least expect them to be polite.

Applied yesterday for a registration loan Arielle was fast, friendly, very explanatory I was in and out quickly. Great customer service the manager Velen was involved in my loan she offered me $5 off my first payment. Would highly recommend 1 stop money centers

So glad they do things the Adot does! But...the first lady was not very knowledgeable or courteous. She couldnt educate us about the sign hanging in front of her that said get 5 dollars off and she didnt know the difference between a regular ID and a travel ID after I asked for clarification. We are now waiting 30 mins for us to be seen by the second clerk for my husband's ID. Hopefully she will be more courteous and knowledgeable...

For 2 girls to be working all day today they are doing an amazing job!!! Stephanie and Lilliana got me in and out with my title and ID services !!! Also the lobby looks amazing and clean ! Thank you for keeping us safe from covid in your facility! You both are rock stars !

Super quick and easy. Went to get a Title transfer and registration for a car from out of state. Took about 15 minutes, including wait time and the lady who took care of it was helpful and friendly.

Worst service ever. Slow and unprofessional. Not confident in their ability or knowledge of their duties. Several people waiting and Liliana decided to clean lobby. This should have been done prior to opening.

I went to re register my car and my customer service experience was sub par. The 1st woman I spoke to was rude and kept trying to hurry me out the door. I asked her to stop doing that. I noticed the supervisor has to come and tell the agents at the window to take customers instead of sitting there. When I came back I still had to wait even though I was the only one in the lobby with 3 customer service reps sitting behind the glass. Someone came in after me and was taken before me disregarding the number system that is supposedly in place. It just seems to be poorly managed and the employees don't seem interested in helping the customers. I hope whoever is reading this never has this experience anywhere. This place gets a "F"

Pleasant surprise! Couldn't get through to DMV and needed a new driver license and vehicle registration. I called and actually spoke to a person (!) who recommended coming at 8am when they opened. There were 4 other sets of people waiting when I arrived at 8, but I was helped quickly by a friendly and helpful staff member. Everyone was in a good mood and I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly things went (I forgot a piece of ID and had to run home but it wasn't too busy when I returned close to 9. I think I paid $35 extra to come here instead of the DMV for my license (didn't calculate the markup on the registration), but I will probably come here again in the future if needed, as there was little waiting and it was relatively painless.

It was based on a referral & although it was 30 miles away from Gold Canyon it was well worth the trip. I changed my CA driver's license to AZ, registered 2 vehicles, changed car titles from CA to AZ, received temporary license plates and got my photo taken for my new AZ ID card. All this was done in one sitting of about 40 mins. Excellent service!

I stopped in on a Friday afternoon at about 430 to get my Arizona drivers license as I just moved here. The girl who helped me was professional, personable, funny, and quick. I left in less than 15 minutes with license in hand. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. They are terrific!!!

Fast service. BUT I just changed my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. My husband also did a review to get $5 off total services (Real ID) After showing agent his review and she said the price was $45, we got in the car and receipt showed $50. Our “bad” for not noticing at the time but took her at her word. Too much effort to return with a lobby full of people and yell thru the thick glass to try to get a credit. Plus number dispenser was broken and we didn’t know until we sat there for 10 min. So while we waited, I directed all traffic away from ticket dispenser and let each customer know who was in front of whom—traffic control. So you owe my husband $5. Plus I put a note on your dispenser to help the next customers after we left.

I needed my travel ID so stopped here on my way to work. I did not have to wait too long and the young lady who helped me was friendly and efficient. She even asked me to approve my photo and signature which I thought was nice. I was surprised to find out there is an additional $25 convenience fee added onto the cost of the license bringing it to $50. If I had known that I may have made an appointment at DMV. I went ahead and paid the $50 to avoid the hassle, but I think that is a lot. I should have called first to ask about fees I guess.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I was in and out in 20 minutes on a less busy morning. Bring the correct documents and you won't have a problem. It's completely worth the slight premium to avoid the MVD/DMV headache.

This is the best place to come to for your drivers license/title and registration etc! I didn’t wait hours like the dmv and I was in and out within 30 minutes! The regular DMV usually comes up with BS and I can never get anything done ! This place answered all my questions , were patient, and nice 👍 Jenny is the best and very informative!

I was very very happy to find a Third Party location without a huge line on a Saturday. When Heather greeted me with a cheerful smile and professional comportment, I decided I had made the right choice to drive there all the way from Tempe. Then I was (unfortunately) transferred to Stephanie. Dealing with Stephanie is like using a brillo pad to wipe your butt. The job gets done efficiently, however, the experience is unnecessarily painful and unpleasant. Her attitude was abrasive and her tone of voice was condescending and disrespectful. When providing customer service training to your employees encourage them to be like Heather.

Stephanie on the dmv side is extremely rude .. I had been waiting a long time. They do not have a number system. I went to her window to ask for help and said I've been waiting a while and I can't wait all day . She told me well then don't... leave.. i asked her name and she rolled her eyes at me and pointed at paper .. extremely unprofessional manner . People like this should have this job .

Fast service. No appointment needed for renewal. I did this review because their sign says you will get $5 off. I showed them my phone and the google review and she said “oh good, then the price is $45 instead of $50.” I got in the car and and looked at my receipt and she charged my credit card for $50. ITV was not worth the effort to go back in and yell thru a window and try to get a credit with a lobby full of people So my review went from 5 stars down to 3 stars. Also when I went in I took a number (#71). After sitting 10 minutes, an agent asked if I needed help. Then informed me the number machine was broken. So my wife sat in lobby and directed all the traffic coming in trying to get a number. When we left, she stuck a note on the tag dispenser to let others know. You owe me $5

Just moved to Arizona and got my car title & registration and driver license from 1 Stop Title Loans. Spent about 40 min on a busy Saturday morning and got temporary license and plate already, very professional and efficient staff. Would recommend to call in advance for the necessary documents and the best time to visit.
