We are a new self serve yard in the East valley.. we are based out of Phoenix, so I had to find a 3rd party MVD to process all my titles. Heather and her team at 1 stop are the absolute BEST!! Great customer service and are always on the ball!!! I highly recommend them to anyone on this side of town… you will not be disappointed!!

Going to the dreaded MVD for anything is a thing of the past thanks to 1 Stop Title Loans & Motor Vehicle Services! I've been to the Gilbert, AZ location twice now, and each time was an efficient and pleasing experience. Belen helped me with my son's learner's permit last year, and Heather helped with his regular drivers license just yesterday. My son's road test was scheduled for 10:30am, but we arrived early, so Heather let him practice parallel parking in their parallel parking testing area until his road test appointment. I will never set foot in an MVD office again as long as 1 Stop Title is around. Firstly, the MVD requires appointments for everything; secondly, even when you schedule an appointment at the MVD, you still have to wait 30-45 minutes past the appointment time, thus, rendering the efficiency of appointment-setting useless; and lastly, while the fees at 1 Stop Title are slightly higher than those at the MVD, it is well worth it considering I can walk in without an appointment (for most transactions) and bypass all the bureaucratic red tape of the MVD to get things done quicker and more efficiently. Belen and Gino were absolutely fabulous with my daughter. Arrived not expecting parallel parking. Thought it would be a 3pt turn. Gino walked her through exactly what she needed to do to a successful drivers license and a memorable sweet 16!

Went into the chandler location today to do dmv work.. was greeted right away . All the girls were sweet and polite. It was a little busy but i was not there long and the services i needed was handled quickly . The store was clean and everyone had great customer service . I will keep coming back to this location for all my needs

Went in to change my name on my DL, Saturday around 11am. Heather met me at the front and she was amazing. Polite, professional and very friendly. I then finished my transaction with Koreen, and same, she was friendly, professional and very personable. I was in and out in under 30 min. This place is awesome, I was here last week with my sister when she needed a loan, Sergio helped us through the process and it was very easy and quick, I came back today and Zaida helped me get my tags. I was given a brochure for this business by my son's driving instructor. After the MVD restricted certain in person services such as learning permits, title and registration and other services, I decided to try 1 Stop. I've used their services 3 times now so I feel like I can say with confidence that this is a good quality business. Really friendly staff, extremely helpful and makes suggestions so that whatever essential business you need is done easily. I had my 16 year old get his drivers' license at this location, no line, friendly and easy to find. I've gone back twice for title and registration services. Again no wait, a big smile , (Heather you just made my day with your fantastic service) and I needed an emissions test so the staff found me a place that had less than a 10 minute wait time! They get my full 5 stars!
