After having been cheated by other dealers, finally I've found a dealer that made me comfortable with warranty, service and price. Charisma was superbly friendly and cute in helping me finding the car (a 2011 GMC Acadia). Steve gave me the change to test the car for the entire weekend and also add some little discount. What really made me choice about this seller is the fact that if I have a problem a go to their mechanic shop beside their office. I would recommend them! 👍🏻👍🏻🔝🔝

I have purchased 2 vehicles from 1Stop Auto and would gladly purchase a 3rd! This dealership and its owner Steve gave me a chance and excellent service when other dealerships looked at me sideways! The staff were courteous, informative, people oriented and keep my vehicle in tip top shape! Any problems were addressed and corrected quickly! I love this place! Calls are returned in a timely manner and it feels like you are family when you get to know them! Give them a try! You will not be sorry-I sure wasn’t!

I had a great experience purchasing a car from this place. At the time I had no credit, so I was really happy to be approved with a decent down payment. The only bad thing I experienced was they never reported my 4 year perfect payments to my credit report as promised, which kind of screwed me. Also, my steering wheel is still torn up from the tracking device they place in your car. They will shut your car off if they don't have updated insurance info..but other than those things they are great to work with.

I just recently got my Acura MDX SUV at 1 Stop Auto. Dylan was great! In general the family owned business, had a great selection of used vehicles and they are priced fairly. The process was smooth and easy and I am so happy with my purchase, as a matter off fact my whole family is. I highly recommend this place for a good deal on a used vehicle and would happily return should I need another one :)

I called twice before I came here. Once to ask if the car was a convertible and the second to go check it out and let them know I was in route. When I got there the car I was interested in was pulled up to the front doors and in extremely clean condition. Suddenly, a gentleman came out to introduce himself and I immediately thought to myself "great, here goes the sales pitch and "deal" and you have to buy this car right now" speech. However, I was very wrong. The man gave me an hour off the lot with the car to take to a mechanic to check it out. Everything checked out. I got to make my own decision without the pressure. Customer service was excellent and future assistance with traveling was very helpful. Anyway, I came back and before the end of the day, I bought the car, I was in and out with paperwork completed within 20 minutes. It's been a month and a half since I made my purchase and I could not be more pleased. It was a very nice relief and the customer service has remained great since. I definitely plan to buy another car here, especially as well taken care of classic car which I purchased. Thank you all so much.

I bought a 2012 Kia Sedona minivan from 1 Stop Auto in October 2019. I bought the vehicle without testing driving it, which I wouldn't generally recommend, but I wanted THAT ONE. From start to finish, I found the process simple and straightforward and professional. The vehicle appeared to be in good condition and was very reasonably priced. All cars on the lot that are more than $6,000, come with a 12 month, 12K miles limited warranty. My minivan was less than $6,000, so I received a 1 month, 1K miles lubricated parts warranty. I found the minivan on Cargurus, and Robert Ochs replied within hours of me sending an email about it. Throughout, I found Robert to be responsive, honest and very communicative. When I was ready to drive off the lot, I noticed that one of the automatic sliding doors didn't work. Robert acknowledged my concern that the issue hadn't been disclosed, and had the owner of the business come talk to me. This minivan in particular, had already been reduced for a quick sale, so 1 Stop Auto wasn't willing to do any significant repairs. The owner (I think his name is Robert too) was very willing to find a compromise that worked for both of us. In the time I've owned the van, I've had 1 issue with it. Frequently I found that my gear shift would stick when I attempted to change gears. Initially, I was very concerned that the minivan had a transmission issue. I took the Sedona in and 1 Stop Auto discovered that a piece of the gear shift housing had broken off, and was blocking the free movement of the gear stick. Since they fixed the issue, my van has been problem free. I would purchase from 1 Stop Auto again, and have since recommended them to several people who are looking to buy an automobile. I would encourage anyone to ask for Robert Ochs, his no pressure, helpful, responsive and transparent way of dealing with me, made a difference. 1 Stop Auto is everything I think a used car dealership should be: affordable, trustworthy, great selection, salespeople that care.

Dylan is great, definitely the guy to go to. He's very comfortable & laid back, I never felt pressured to do anything. & he'll stay in contact with you if he needs to after you leave the lot (he's texted me to check in on me to make sure I had the phone number for the loans & to let me know he found a spare key to my car & would mail it to me). I am thoroughly impressed with this dealership! More specifically, with Dylan. I started working with Dylan from Japan, as I was preparing to fly back to Virginia. He sent me two great videos of the cars I was interested in and was very attentive and helpful throughout. I just made the purchase today, and I have 0 buyer's remorse. I love the car. The dealership gives $20 oil changes, free yearly state inspections, and a 12 month warranty. I am very content.

Dealer Steve met me at airport to pick me up and test drive 2021 corvette and purchase. Everything went smoothly and he answered all questions. Had paperwork ready and car washed gassed with the Chevy service performed. Great job sir and had a wonderful ride back to Michigan. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience buying a car from I Stop Auto, especially as it was a long-distance transaction. I had been researching and locally test-driving the Civic Si for weeks already, and it was just a matter of finding the right car with good condition, reasonable mileage, and our hard-to-find color preference. This led us to cars well outside our local area, as the ninth generation Si is not on the market in large numbers. Ken handled things very well, answered all of our questions and took all the time we needed for a careful live video examination of the vehicle. He highlighted the (inevitable in a 7 year old car) minor flaws (tiny scratches, chips, etc), hiding nothing. Ken was super cooperative letting me find an independent local mechanic to check the car out and dropped the car off at their shop. All that, and 1 Stop’s one year drivetrain warranty, gave us the confidence to conclude a fair deal for the car sight unseen. Never before having bought a car without looking at it and driving it in person, this was a small leap of faith, but it was rewarded. I flew in a week later, they picked me up at the airport, and in less than an hour for the purchase paperwork (thanks to the efficient and friendly finance manager, Marc) with zero need to bat away the usual annoying attempts to upsell me. I drove the car home over the next two days and had plenty of time to put it through its paces and get to know it; everything was just as it had been represented. And to my surprise, the fuel and all the fluids had been topped up, and an oil change performed just before I picked the vehicle up which was reassuring before a long drive home! All of the 1 Stop staff were honest, friendly, and helpful. The office had a genuine family feel -- you couldn’t ask for a better used-car buying experience. I highly recommend 1 Stop Auto and be sure to ask for Ken!

We just bought our truck here and are truly amazed by how smooth the process of choosing and buying a car was. When it comes to used cars I know what to look for. I am real careful when it comes to buying used cars over 75k mile. But here they take care of these vehicles as if they were their own no matter the mileage. Honest team and very helpful owner. Highly recommend, and if you stop by Willie is your guy. The whole team took care of me in about an hour or so with trade-in and purchase. The pride he takes in his business and attention to detail and quality is extremely obvious. Coming to one stop i had already checked a couple car lots. After telling them about the car I seen online, it was a quick transition into test drive. The car was very clean inside and out. When I returned I noted a turn signal was out. They were fixing the turn signal before I even decided if I wanted it. After talking with charisma about pricing and and fees, I was able to talk them down a little and felt comfortablepaying that price. They handled the paperwork quickly and I was out that day with my new car. Whenever I decide to buy another vehicle I will definitely start with one stop auto. Also Steve was very friendly and congratulated me himself.

I contacted this dealership yesterday (Saturday evening) to inquire about a van they had listed. They responded almost immediately but had told me they would be closed on Sunday, therefore, I would’ve had to wait until Monday to come take a look. I love everything about 1 Stop Auto. I have had my Town & Country for 5 weeks now. My salesman, Scott, was awesome! He was very honest, open and down to earth, no pressure at all. The owner, Steve, helped me get financed at an incredibly low interest rate ( I thought for sure I would only qualify for in-house financing ). 1 Stop provided a 30-day bumper to bumper warranty on my van. In that time, I had to get my headlight replaced and wanted the passenger lock replaced. They took care of both with no questions and gave me a loaner car while fixing the lock, even though it didn't take long! They seriously ease all the worries I had about financing a vehicle! I highly recommend them!!
