Zions Bank Sugarhouse - Drive-up Only Service Highland Dr, Salt Lake City

Everyone that works at this bank is so wonderful! They helped me out in a situation where they didn't need to and did so with a smile. I will forever recommend this branch

Deposited a check, the teller confirmed there wasn't a hold on the check. Made a large credit card payment the next day. The following day, I was hit with an insufficient funds fee. Since I have already had an insufficient funds fee waived within last 12 months (bank error as well) they told me there was nothing they could do and they had to follow policy. Policy? It was the error of YOUR teller! She said she could submit a request to corporate for it, but no guarantees. My business has been with Zions for 5 years with $500K of funds going through their bank annually. I came here after being mistreated by the "big banks". Zions seems to be following suit. Seems like everything this year with Zions has been rubbing me the wrong way. I will likely be taking my business elsewhere soon, probably one of the larger local credit unions. Like other reviewers have said, it seems they have forgotten who keeps them in business.

Less than helpful. Been waiting for 40 minutes for help with a safe deposit box. We were told it would be 10 minutes. Customer service is lacking. Finally after talking to the teller she decided to help us. Bank absolutely not busy. Ms. Dietz needs customer service training. Thank you Trista for helping us.

Last week I posted a less then happy review of the Zions branch on 2100 S Highland Dr., Today, I received a call that really made me feel wonderful. The branch manager had taken note of my unhappy review and called me personally to apologize. His kind words and apology was more then I expected and really meant a lot to me. I sincerely thank him for this consideration.

Terrible customer service. Tried calling to find out where I can view photos of the checks I deposited. On hold indefinitely. They are incredibly difficult to communicate with. Very very frustrating.

Worst location! Customer service is the worst here! Employees are rude and don’t give you information on things! ATM is always broken. I went in to use the atm which ended up taking my card and my money! Came back the next day to get the issue resolved. They didn’t have access to their own atm and told me to come back several days later when I finally got my card back they told me that the money that was stuck in the atm will be disposited into my bank account by the end of the day which didn’t happen. Communication at this location is the worst and the tellers don’t even know what they’re doing. Very frustrating! You’re better off calling the customer service support line. Do better!

I have been banking here for years. I have always received far customer service, the location is spotless and the tellers are friendly. Sydnee is very helpful when I need to get into my safe deposit box as well.

DON'T GO HERE FOLKS!!! On no less than 3 occasions have they screwed up my financial situation. I'm done with getting screwed by this bank. You can't trust Zions or Wells Fargo, so just take your money to a credit union. Zion's really can't remember who keeps them in business.

Just moved from Nevada and this branch was super helpful in make a deposit into my Nevada State Bank account. I was impressed and hope to bank with them in he future.

I've been around the block a few times.I've never had such great customer service as received at this branch... A young lady named Sydney was so bright and sharp it was refreshing to know anyone left in business really cares and treats you like a full on human ....amazing service on a car loan easy,,, fast ,, done.thumbs up Zions for hiring great help, that's rare to find....
