Steve did a phenomenal job. We were thrilled with the level of service he provided. It was always clear when they needed us to send something to them, they kept us in the loop as the loan progressed and he went above and beyond to help us qualify. We were a difficult case as I am self-employed, and Steve was just as responsive in month 3 as he was in the first week. His patience seems neverending.
