Nic Magoffin at this branch has been very great to work with. Anytime I need anything personally or for my business, he has been great and helpful in assisting me with problems that arise. I highly recommend Zions bank

Really need to train the employees better. I've had so many problems with the branch. I've gone through the drive thru and deposited checks and they didn't do the amount correct and shorted me 600. I also deposit my husband's checks and do a transfer so the funds are available right away instead of next day and have been doing this every week for years at this same location. And now they tell me the policy changed and I said "since last friday" and then the changed and said it was fraud... I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do that when the account has his name on it. This branch is a total joke.

RUDE employees. I came to cash a check because it was too large for my normal bank and there would have been a hold, the guy at the window with the glasses & weird hat was rude & snarky right from the start. Bad day? Take a deep breath rather than being rude to people for no reason, or maybe find a job that’s not customer service

This bank has caused nothing but issues. I have been in this bank more than 15 times within a year and almost nothing has been resolved. The workers are nice but the system is garbage. Nothing but problems i promise you!

In todays market it is difficult to find a bank that will work with small business. I have found great success working with the manager down to the counter agents.

Lobby closed.. can’t do a debit card through the drive thru.. can’t the cash I need at the drive thru.. something seems fishy with zions bank lately?? They are all like this.

A fantastic experience! My business partner and I went onto the Riverton Zions bank looking to obtain a business loan. We were helped by Nic and Hunter, they answered all our questions, offered helpful advice and were all around pleasant. On top of that, they were quick at processing the loan. Definitely recommend!

Every experience in the drive thru or over the phone involves a long wait time. The lack of efficiency is beyond frustrating. This is the reason so many members are leaving and going to credit unions. You need to fix this!!!!!

This branch is not customer friendly in anyway. I have gone in multiple times to get a simple issue with my account resolved and each time I go I am told something different from the employees who work here. They are not friendly nor helpful and they do not seem to care about the customers. This is my time and money they are messing with and they could care less. I have had more success with calling customer support than dealing with this branch. I am currently debating closing my account with zions all together.

Without a doubt, the best customer service I have ever seen! From the Drive Through Tellers to the Loan Officers to the Branch Manager. Friendly, approachable, helpful...I would never bank anywhere else! Even for Zions Bank and their high level of service, this Branch is their Shining Star!!
