Tried to finesse me. SMH. Hopefully if you go there you know something about gold and diamonds. They tried to keep my stuff, replaced it with some “bs” and thought I wouldn’t notice when I picked it up. All this for a simple repair.

I pawned my wedding ring and before I did so, my husband intentionally had the jeweler set the stone slightly at an angle, which you can see in the first photo. When I recently went to pick it up, I immediately noticed my center stone was smaller and of poor quality. They even called themselves cleaning it and you can vividly see the difference. I also noticed it was no longer at an angle which verified my suspensions. See the second photo. I’ve contacted a lawyer and I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the police.

I really appreciate Brandon one of the managers at Ziedmans, I worked late today and couldn’t make it to pay my loans before they closed, Brandon gave me an extension until Monday morning, this means a lot, I have some very sentimental pieces pawned and he understands that, Ziedmans Great Service, ❤️

Beautiful Jewelry..always have great sales!! Great staff also…expect for Richard. Richard was extremely rude has an attitude and then tried to get loud with me or a misunderstanding. He definitely needs to be more respectful and know how to speak to people. You are dealing with the public.You don’t knw what a person is going through and for him to be rude like that is bad for business. I’m not going to argue with no man!! Good thing I have Christ in my life. When I’m done doing business with you guys I won’t be back to spend my hard earned money. Thank Richard for that.
