Everyone told me buying my first house would be a nightmare but my experience was much to the contrary. Zach was a quick and effective communicator who helped me through all of my first time buyer woes with ease. Zach and his staff at Prospect are great! They were super easy to work with and always responded quickly to any concerns that I had through my loan process. I bought my home on a short sale, which is naturally a more tedious process than a typical home purchase, but Zach and Molly made sure that I was always informed of the status of the loan process and up to date on any necessary documentation. They make sure that every 'i' is dotted and every 't' is crossed. Even now, Zach is still very helpful when I have questions about anything concerning my loan, such as taxes and escrow or payment schedules.
