THE BEST!!! They got me my dream house! I'm a self employed painter. This is my 5th house purchase. I wish I used them for the first 4 and will use them from now on. Based on my previous experiences, I wouldn't have qualified for this loan even with 20%down. It's very tough for self employed people to get loans. Mick was awesome. We decided very suddenly to purchase a home that was, to put it mildly, a special case.
