My family has experienced your efficient practices two times over the last year, and the process has been seamless. I specifically wanted to highlight Deanna, who has been our sole contact through two closings. She has consistently kept us on track with patience, humor, and a human warmth not normally found in banking. She continued to keep us informed every step of the way, and responded usually within five minutes to any question I had regarding our property and paperwork. She was even able to walk my husband, who is wonderful yet maddeningly phone illiterate, through his online paperwork. So DeAnna was not only able to help us close twice within the past year, she singlehandedly kept my husband and me from getting a divorce over the completion of online documents. The Beacon Community Bank location on East Bay Street is a great place for all of your banking needs. I like the level of customer service and personal attention that they give everyone that is not always present in other banks. I have had a good experience every time I have been here and have been impressed with their overall quality in all that they do from every day transactions to more complex matters.

We love our new bank! My husband and I were both looking to open new business checking accounts. We liked the idea of dealing with a local bank, and from the minute we walked in the door, the staff at the East Bay Street location made us feel welcome and appreciated. They made opening the accounts easy and have been very accessible via phone and email. We have the cell phone numbers of many of the staff members and can reach them directly when we have questions. When was the last time your banker(s) took the time to get to know your needs and made it their mission to help you to the best of their ability? With other banks we've dealt with, there are always long hold times and you never know who is going to answer the line, and when they do, they rarely are in the same state and know nothing about you. Beacon has done a great job of bringing back the small town community bank feel. We HIGHLY recommend Beacon, their staff, and their services.

Victor Cruz and the whole Beacon team are so genuine and charismatic! You can tell they actually care about their account holders and you never just feel like another number in the crowd. Also their East Bay branch is so modern and clean. Feels almost like an art gallery. My wife and I will definitely be using Beacon for all our financial needs.

It will be worth your time. 8/7/2019 - I wanted to write an update to my review of Beacon Bank. We continue to really enjoy the relationship with the bank and have finished moving all of our banking to Beacon Community Bank. We recently moved our mortgage and, as everyone knows, getting a mortgage can be a hassle. This process was very smooth for us with Beacon. We filled out the original application, told them our insurance and attorney information, and within a few weeks, everything was done and we were ready to close. Jason Wall, our Loan Officer, could not have been more professional or easier to work with. Jason even showed up at our closing to be there to answer any questions we might have had. This is the 6th real estate closing my wife and I have been through and we have NEVER, not once, had the loan officer show up at the closing. This shows me that Beacon Community Bank is more concerned about their relationships with their customers than they are about their account balances. We love our bank!!

The power of local community banking is real. The big banks like Wells Fargo etc will never know your name...and even if they do, service will still lack due to all the red tape. It took Kristen & Beacon Bank 4 hours what Wells Fargo couldn't do in 2 weeks for our business. We operate 2 business with Beacon Community Bank and wouldn't go anywhere else. We love the family vibe and couldn't ask for better customer service. Your search for a better bank stops here. Oh yeah and the place looks awesome! Very modern and beautiful design.

What a refreshing experience. Just opened an account and I couldn’t be happier. It’s not only the nicest bank I’ve been in, but the people were just as wonderful. They’re the ones deserving this review.... I was welcomed at the door immediately, offered a beverage and throughout the short and painless process of opening my account was introduced to a half dozen people.
