    Cody and the finance team were fantastic with helping getting the deal done. 👏 I leased a 2022 Kia Niro Hybrid and I love ❤ the way it drives and handles. Kia has come a long way since my 2003 Optima and so many safety features now. This is my first leased vichle and Cody's team worked to make the deal easier as well as going out their way to getting the inspection done and even bringing the car 🚗 to our house 🏠 the day before the deal for my wife to see!! I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase or lease.

    8 months pregnant and needed a new car asap. First time dealing with Kia and had a great experience. I already knew I wanted a black K5 Ex or Gt. The older gentleman Jason(i think that's his name) brought both of them out for me to test drive. Fell in love with the Gt. I originally wanted black but they only had red in that style so the salesman Cody located one in wolf gray. Very happy with what I chose! When I came back to pick it up the process was a breeze! Would definitely deal with this location again!

    Love them! They have been taking care of my cars since 2010. I enjoy their customer service team, the sales team and their service department is amazing!     I previously wrote a very negative review but my experiences we’re in fact atypical errors that sometimes just happen. Unfortunately bad email addresses caused emails to be unreceived but when Derek Meluzio was made aware he did get back to me asap and all my previous concerns were removed by his sincere and excellent customer service skills. They made good on their mistake and everyone makes mistakes, so personally I can’t ask for more. Looking forward to a great dealer-service relationship. Thanks Derek.

    Best dealership experience by far. Cody was awesome to deal with. He listened to what I wanted. He listened to the price range I was looking at. Then he found a car that best matched my price range and needs/wants. Couldn't be more than happy with the purchase.

    I love the Kia brand, but this dealership was a terrible example of what to expect from such an esteemed brand. There were barely any vehicles on the lot to look at, parking was sparse and confusing, and no one came out to greet us or to ask us if we needed help finding anything. The inside of the showroom looked empty as well.

    Bought a 2017 Kia Forte with 20k miles, engine blew around 40k miles. Was told they were going to REPLACE the engine. Pick car up engine was REBUILT. After they rebuilt the engine it leaked oil all over a coil causing even more issues. Engine blew up again around 60k miles .Kia refused any fault. Claimed oil was passed due because it had an oem oil filter, so what they don’t want you to use oem? What a joke I will never buy a Kia again and would advise that anyone else never does. They are known for engine failure. They also claimed it was a bottom end rod knock when really it was piston slap!

    I am on my 3rd car from this dealer. Kia is a perfect fit for me in size, dependability and value. I have been coming here for more than 20 years and service is excellent, affordable and courteous. Last visit was to replace a burnt out headlamp as my arthritis makes this difficult for me. I was given appointment even though they were very busy. During my wait the service manager came out to those waiting and explained the computers were down and wait might be longer. Surprisingly my car was already finished and my car had been washed when staff walked me to it. Mng asked service staff how my car had been washed with computer systems down. Staff member explained he had washed it by hand. Now that is exceptional service!

    Horrible experience here. Went in to view inventory and decided to go with a Dodge Dart that they had on the lot. Negotiated a price of $11,200.00 tax, tags and fees included to drive it off the lot and left with my husband to talk it over. When we called back to accept the offer we dealt with a rude woman and were then told that the $11,200.00 did not include tax, tags and any fees and that those would be on top of the price the salesman told us. I feel that is deceptive business practices and terrible customer service. The manager went back on the original offer and I feel that was unfair and unethical. We completely wasted our time here. The only pleasant experience here was dealing with the salesman, Jason, as he was pleasant to work with, but unfortunately lost a sale due to the managers behavior.
