I went there an no one even came out to talk to me or help at all! Avoid this place at ALL COST!!

I've been to several different pawn shops in the area ,this is by far THE BEST great service I've been by all of the staff all very friendly. I got the most money for my jewelry highly recommend this place.

I came to try to cash a payroll check from JPMorgan Chase and one of the manager guys told me they couldn’t cash it because they “don’t cash that type of check”. I asked what that meant and he said something about it being from Brooklyn. It’s a regular check company check, I’ve never had a problem cashing my check anywhere else, and the guy didn’t explain anything to me. Very poor customer service. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

I was there today Saturday 4-14-2018 to pick up my diamond ring 18 k gold fishtail 1 round diamond .60 ct approximately color grade I near colorless and clarity VS2 5.47×5.42x3.08mm. And I got a different diamond NOT what I pawn in January. You switch my diamond stone ..Which you also told me in January that my ring was 14k gold even though it says 18 k and today you told me it was definitely 18 k. You rip-me off. And will file a complaint against your STORE. I wanted what brought in January and you gave me 400.00 and I paid you today with the interest 495.00 before the due date. Now I wonder how many more people you have done this to. Not right or fair!!!! That is not how honest people do business. My complaint will be file. If your going to sell your gold I guessed it's ok but if your going to pawn a diamond ring DO NOT THINK of doing that!!!! Because they will switch the diamond like they did to me they will rip you off!!!!!!!!!......I DO NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BE AWARE AND IF YOU EVEN PAWNED A DIAMOND RING AND GOT IT BACK LOOK AT IT AND MAKE SURE YOU GOT BACK WHAT YOU DROPPED OFF AND WHAT WAS YOURS!!!!!
