Bank of America Financial Center S Broadway, Yonkers

I am rating solely on the bank branch at 20 S. Broadway because the actual staff was helpful to the best of their capacity and took the time to address my needs. However as of July 2022 this was not a full service functioning branch. How could an actual bank not have teller service? I could not get a Tellers Check in order to close a joint account and I was not able to go to another branch. The branch staff was able to help me but not in the way I had intended. I had to open another single account....not what I wanted to do. Overall the branch is not servicing the community the way it should and does not seem to care about the lack of good reviews to do anything about it. After six months time I'll be taking my business elsewhere.😡

I just came from the bank and after waiting so long with my back hurting so bad instead of swiping I put in the chip instead and the bank teller needed to tell the next teller that he told me to swipe. Also he was laid back in the chair like he was sitting home in his living room. Hispanic very light with curly hair. I tried calling but as usual there wasn't anyone to answer. So I went online and placed my complaint. Bank of America teacher your tellers that people can hear you on the other side of the glass when you're talkin about them.

You can't deposit your check after 4:30pm and before 9 am because the door are deactivate from the Homeless guys who lives across from the brunch and the ATM drive thru that's across the street isn't working either.

This bank is going down the drain. Change their hours, don’t allow customers to use the indoor ATM anymore. I will be switching to a better bank soon.

The bank has a teller with excellent Customer service and very beautiful. she's the only one working in the bank everyone else is just talking to one another. Very lonnnnnng WAIT.

Don’t use the ATM at Getty Square, the machine took my money back. I’ve been calling for a week and no is answering the phone at the Getty Square location. If you call the 1800 number it’s also useless because you need an account to be serviced. I will never use any Bank of America ATMs again or bank with them. This is the poorest customer service I’ve ever received.

Drive to the next branch. I only gave one start because I had to in order to leave a review. Horribly long lines no matter the time of day. Only two tellers at the branch are at one time. If you see an armored truck out front, don't bother coming in because that means that one of the 2 tellers won't be at her window. Be prepared to spend at least 20 minimum on the line if you use this branch. Only good thing this location offers is parking located 1/2 a block away) -_- Stay away.

Never a single good experience at this bank, everytime I go there they are always giving me a hard time, not accepting my check for deposit. Will close my account and go to Chase.

Terrible customer service. Long lines with never more than one teller open. If you don’t have at least an hour to wait don’t bother. Can another location

This is unacceptable that every weekend the atm is out of money on the drive thru. Too many customers to not have access to money
