Yampa Valley Bank S Lincoln Ave, Steamboat Springs

I have been a customer at Yampa Valley Bank since they opened. I have multiple accounts from business loans and checking to personal savings and mortgage. The quality of service is exactly what you would hope for in a banking institution. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They are quick to respond and have always made me feel like a priority. I highly recommend putting your trust and faith in their services.

I have been a customer of Yampa Valley Bank for a long time and I will miss the amazing staff as I am moving. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. I think it starts from the top down. Use to be good. Your money is not protected here. They had a breach of security and did not not fit me THEN canceled my card without any notification then was told it was too much work to email everyone and let them know their cards are canceled. For someone you are trsusuting with your money. I expect communication. Don't wast your time or money at this bank. They are inconsiderate and stuck up.

Great bank with strong community roots - old school relationship based banking. When you call, a real person picks up the phone and you get the focused and personalized attention many of the large national banks abandoned years ago. I am very pleased with the level of customer service and overall support YVB is providing - recommended without hesitation.

This is the only bank I have received the worst treatment as a client. The woman who attended me “Mexican woman” was very rude to me, told me that she was the supervisor and encouraged me to close my account if im not happy. The only thing I was doing was depositing a check as I have been doing regularly. Ill aure i will close my account with this bank ASAP.

Ditto Your money is not safe here . Not even small amounts. They dropped the ball on a simple fraudulent claim. And Then Due to the incompetent and non professional manner it was handled, we had funds transferred to another bank where it will be safe and gain interest. Ever week We have an issue with this place now. Just one bad apple i think is ruining this branch. If you have a lot of money...better keep it somewhere else cuz this place has issues.

Don’t show up even a min later they where super rude at the drive through stuck in traffic, needed dinner for the night , house payment due racing to the bank to get told rudely we cant deposit ur check we closed 2 mins ago while they help other people that I can come back tomorrow thanks been with them for 7 yrs
