Wonderful, friendly service from Marissa and Kyra at the Cedar Bluff location. Beautiful smiles, took care of my needs and I was very pleased. They were actually floaters. When in to get a new debit card had to wait 30 mins because they put other people in front of that came in after me to get new cards.

I just always get good service at the Cedar Bluff branch. Actually I had great service at all. And believe me. I have visited most branches.

I would like to thank Y-12 I lost my job in October cause of covid, but this bank stuck by me yes I paid extra for it but they didn't harass me like most do they were patient with me and got me through thank you.

I had 3 different loans open with Y12. I went in every month and had the tellers add the monthly loans so I could pay all 3 loans with one check. After doing this for several months, I get a call from Y12 informing me that I was delinquent on 2 of my accounts. After figuring out what had happened, they simply said Oops. The reported all the late payments to the credit bureau and have distributed my credit. I have asked several times for them to correct the credit reporting and they refuse to do so. My credit went from a 817 to a 589.

Recent visit was enjoyable. The employee was professional, informative, and friendly. Transactions requested were performed accurately and expeditiously.. Kudos!

Y-12 has so far out performed Bank of America in every way, in my twenty-one years with BOA, I never received this efficient, courteously service, or receive any interest on my deposits.

Daniel was very helpful in helping me through the entire process and explained things in detail and gave me options. He went above and beyond in assisting with my request.

01/18/19 - I have to use Y-12 Credit Unions because I chose to use my family credit union from Farmington, MI called LOC. They make sure I don't get charged dumb or ridiculous fees like Bank of America & Chase does. When I searched for the nearest location, I have to make sure this location has "shared or Co-op branching" to do my banking far from home. Anyway I read the reviews before I arrived, so I was surprised about the improvements they made here since reviews before mine They have added a barricade for long lines & the banking staff seem better trained and are quicker. Daniel who helped me today was patient to my delayed response on my phone. I was a little late to work after, but it was totally my fault.
