I've been with Y12 for 19 years. I would not have stayed with Y12 if they did not treat me with kindness and respect. Every time I have a question or concern they are always able to answer it in a timely manner. Y12 so the Best!

Credit score requirements were too high. I will never pay $12.00mo for a checking account anywhere...

There can not been one time in dealing with the Y-12 FCU that I had bad service. The reps are all very courteous and professional. I am glad to be a member of this credit union.

Diane is condescending and presumptuous and is the reason I will not consider this bank in the future. My husband and I went in to open an account/cash a check that we needed deposited. Diane shut us down when we asked about opening an account and suggested that the credit requirements would be a hurdle for us (probably because I’m almost 9 months pregnant and didn’t dress up to go to the bank). I didn’t back down about opening an account and she then suggested that we just try a check cashing place because she knows we wouldn’t want that money tied up while they ran our credit. We gave her no indication that our credit would be insufficient or that the check was all the money we had. She drew these conclusions on her own and ultimately lost business, as we planned to open a personal checking account and a business account (I’m a small business owner). I plan to report this profiling to the BBB and I’ve already reported it to consumer affairs.

We came here n on Saturday and it was busy but the young lady at the window was so nice and helpful with our transaction. Thank you

They seem to care a lot more about their customers than I have had in the relationship with a big bank. All I seem to be at a big bank is a number with little or no customer service. I look forward to dealing with a smaller credit union that will be responsive to my needs.

This branch should be training all of the branches. We had Marla assist us and she is marvelous! All of the reps at this branch are professional and kind. We really appreciate the people here.

All the ladies at the Clinton Highway bank are very nice and very respectful.

I would like to congratulate Madison Smith at Clinton highway branch. She was really kind and helpful with my issue, we talked back and forth via email for like 2-3 months, because it gets hard for me to go into the bank before they close. I have been doing business with Y-12 FCU mostly since I moved to Knoxville. I have a car loan that was overcharged CPI PREMIUM because I forgot to inform my insurance about the lienholder. Because insurance is separate from the bank, it took a while to get all the info together. But Madison was kind enough to help me through all the process in a really positive attitude even though this wasn't something that she normally dealt with. Thank you.
