If I could give 10 stars I would. The ladies at Wymar FCU are far the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Its so easy to get a loan and do all the paperwork over my phone. If I call with a problem it's getting fix with who ever answers the phone, it's not please hold let me transfer you, it's always I can help you with that. They make you feel like a part of a big family and I would never ever bank anywhere else. This is the greatest place to bank.

Jennifer was fantastic to work with when refinancing our home. She was very personable & made many suggestions that I would never have thought of. She used her expertise & experience to make my refi process very smooth. 100% recommend Jennifer & the team at Wymar FCU!

This is the best experience I have ever had - far better than my previous banking experiences. Wymar Federal Credit Union makes it easy and seamless to open an account and their turnaround time on debit cards (same day instead of a week or more!) is impressive. The employees here are so helpful and knowledgeable, and they are warm and friendly too. I have been so impressed with all their customer-focused offerings.

I've been with Wymar since I was 15; my parents originally managed my account and have since given the reigns to me. Wymar has wonderful and fast customer service, super understanding and friendly staff. I've had very few issues but anytime I have they've provided a solution asap! Visiting North Carolina and found that Wymar FCU co-ops with Telcom Credit Union in this state. What a wonderful convenience. This is why I have been a member of Wymar for 30+ years. I've been a member of this credit union since I was 16, im 25 now. They've delivered incredible service and gone out of their way time and time again to make sure I'm comfortable and satisfied. I tend to brag about how wonderful the staff here is to friends and coworkers and I wish everyone could be with a credit union like WYMAR. All of the ladies that were involved with my loan were truly professional. I was kept up to date and informed throughout. They were friendly and truly wanted me to feel comfortable. I refinanced my home through WYMAR FCU and I must say it was very pleasant. The refinance process could be very stressful but Mrs. Jennifer, Ashley and Anita made it almost ease free!
