I use to do my banking at the Grandview branch, but started coming to this branch because of their associates. Very friendly and professional. I prefer handling my cash with an actual person instead of a machine. Keep up the great work! :)

I wanted to thank Jackie who completed my loan paperwork. She was such a pleasure to work with. I’ve never had fun signing documents but she made that happen. Thank you to Jackie and her staff!

Since being with W-P since I got back to the country, 2 yrs ago, I have been with no other bank. Today, I have my first issue. Since returning to the country, I have had to take whatever jobs I could get. Today, for the first time, I get to deposit my first real check in two years. THEY, had to, suddenly, question my income because it did not *reflect previous deposits* and, therefore, have to hold my check another 2 days. The amount of the check was well within legal and bank guidelines. Under a certain amount, it is none of your business where it comes from. Why should anyone's good luck have to be questioned, all of a sudden? I found this to be very insulting, to say the least.

There is plenty of free parking on the back. I live in the apt complex on top of the bank and parking for free is never a problem. Make a right in the entrance of Hudson restaurant and park anywhere in the lower level!

As it stands, terrible addition to the Upper Arlington community. Despite always having an empty lot, they tow anyone within minutes who parks on the fringe of their shared lot with the Crimson Cup. Per the tow company, Wright-Patt calls often and tows as much as possible. I asked around and heard only underwhelming things about this Wright-Patt location. Do better. Focus on being a strong financial partner to people, not punishing locals for using the outermost space of your vacant lot for a few minutes. You are hurting the Crimson Cup's business and adding kickbacks from tow companies is disreputable at best.

I had my first car loan through WPCU and they got me an amazing rate. I've since moved all of my banking, saving and investing to them for their amazing service.

My first experience was awkward because when driving to the location it is situated in an area where it is not accessible. The area is lie in a downtown where parking is not convenient.

Employees are alway helpful, kind and happy. Easy parking on street or the parking garage in the back of the building.
