It has been a pleasure working with Brandon from this firm. All business suffer with collecting outstanding invoices and as the manager of a plumbing company, I chose to use Stone & Saunders to assist. Everything has gone smoothly and they were able to clear up debts that I never thought would be taken care of. Of course you pay them a fee - they work hard - and collecting something is way better than collecting nothing. I highly recommend them.

Scam company who just wastes your time cold calling with robocalls.

Own a plumbing company. They harassed me to use them. I finally did. Very unprofessional and disorganized company. The lady called me an started cussing at me. Then hung up. Only to call back and say I was the wrong person. They also give up when it is not simple. If they call and the client says no they give up. They charge 30%. Which is high considering how unprofessional they are. I wouldn't recommend any company use them.

So Ms Jackie calls my cell phone because she is trying to get in touch with one of my relatives, and leaves a case number for them to reference, so I call her back, most of the information she has is wrong, she can ask me questions, but I can't ask her any..... she says "give them the message or don't". What do you think the chances are that I will relay this said message to my relative?? - Don't be so lazy and investigate to actually find who you are looking for and don't be calling their relatives, as it is none of their business.

I will never do business with any company that send out robocalls. It cheapens your sales tactics, and from the comments I've read here, Stone & Saunders needs all the clients they can get because of lousy business practices.

Just got this statement for $67.50 for "certicate of good stading" for my new business. I research all addresses and emails for bs like this. I called to remove my address from their database she said "Just throw it away." Still, remove my business from your database and DON'T send anything else...Period. "You got to send an email."

wish you could leave less than 1 star- this company likes to use robo-callers to call your office and waste your time. The recording states who they are are and if you interrupt it, it simply starts at the beginning of the message again. Cant wait until Robo calls are made illegal.

Love companies who violate FTC rules on Robocalls with an automated message? Look no further. . .*eye roll* I've reported your company to the FTC for the robocalls my company continues to receive weekly, if not daily.

Robo-called my place of business on one of our corporate lines, called back and left a voicemail as well as called the line associated with their actual business. I work in marketing/promotions for businesses, this is one job you do NOT want replaced by bots.

I just received a 'bill collections' call from "Angelica" at Stone & Saunders, and I had a subsequent, unpleasant dialogue over the phone. She alleges that I owe some third party refinancing company from my past (YEARS ago), and they have entrusted her office to follow up on this alleged debt collection. I have NO idea what she's talking about, and magically, there's no one from the actual mortgage refinance company available to speak with me on this matter. I asked for clarity, and my request was met with a hostile tone with a threat to put a lien on my house. Good luck with all that, "Angelica." I have no debt with the company in question, and your unnecessary defensiveness and disrespectful conversation did a great job of affirming what I already knew.
