We have had Wren Insurance for almost five years since moving to the Space Coast and find them responsive, comprehensive, professional and courteous. Our home insurance was recently at risk of being terminated due to financial instability with the carrier, and the entire staff rallied to get us a replacement policy within a tight timeframe. She’s always a pleasure to speak with and communicates very well via email and the phone. Ms. Butler consistently looks for better auto rates for my wife and I, which we really appreciate.

Wren let my auto insurance lapse and offered no solution to fix it. To make it worse, I could not even speak with the auto insurance company and I was routed back to Wren. Work directly with the insurance company and do not use a broker like Wren. They take no responsibility!

Angie was great. I wish I had known about this insurance company years ago. My experience with previous companies had been terrible. They would not return my calls or emails and ended up canceling my policy with no warning or explanation. My experience with this company was a night and day difference. Not only did they respond quickly and lower my insurance payments but they genuinely seemed to care about my needs and added a personal touch.
