I am a retired Realtor. For 27 years I had the best closing experiences with Gloria at Peninsula Title. As I am retired now, I just sold a rental investment, it was one of the hardest closing, yet Gloria did not complain and saw it thru with professionalism. Thank you so much for many years of service, you are truly the best.

They cost me thousands of dollars. Peninsula did the title work on my house in 2004 and didn’t finish the post closing work properly and previous liens from the former owners weren’t satisfied causing me a 3 month delay in selling the house leaving me to pay a mortgage payment utilities taxes insurance and upkeep on an empty house all of which should be covered by the title insurance but they are refusing to reimburse me anything so now I’m forced to hire an attorney in order to get what I feel I rightfully deserve. If they can’t stand behind their work they don’t deserve your business!!!

Friendly and respectful are two words that come to mind when I hear "Peninsula Title Services." Quick and presice Are the other two. A great company to do business with!

Top shelf title company owned by a pretty woman. I have always been met with proffesionalism no matter who I deal with. The employees are all very good at resolving what ever issues arise, this is why I go to Peninsula title time and time again!

My first occasion working with Gloria from Peninsula Title was due to the seller choosing her as their agent in December 2018. As a first time home buyer on closing day, I was initially nervous, but she made the process so smooth, and she was so professional. When I decided to refinance my house recently, my immediate go to for title support was Gloria. And again she and her team were super informative and did more than their part to ensure that I was aware of the process and that I asked the right questions of my mortgage agent leading up to closing day. Even in the midst of a family crisis that required me to request to pull the dates of closing in to within a month, Gloria and her team made the process seamless. Just an awesome delightful experience.

People beware, Let me start by saying I had a great closing but after that was a nightmare. I will never deal with that Gloria ever again.she's a liar told me that she just got my paperwork on Monday when she had it since Thursday. That's just beginning. I read all the reviews and I better go check my water bill to make sure she paid off the other people's water bill. Then I better check on the electric as well. I would never deal with this title loan company ever again in my life they don't respect your paperwork whatsoever. If you value your peace of mind don't even step foot in this place. I would have given them a 0 Stars if I could have. The funny thing is she says she called me or she had her assistant call me. They called my husband's number and he's out of the country yeah they're really know what they are doing. If I wouldn't of called them they would have still kept my paperwork they would have never made a phone call to me. When I told them how mad I was on the telephone that it only took them to make one simple phone call to me and they couldn't even do that then I told them I would be there in 30 mins to pick up my paperwork and hung up the phone, they started calling me 20 times in 30 minutes. I will never ever ever deal with this woman Gloria ever again. Happy travels
