I can't explain the kind of service I have always gotten at World Finance in Madison always wonderful but SHANNON went above and beyond within guidelines to get me more money at a monthly payment I can afford she worked her magic when I say Shannon is amazing and if anyone needs help must reach out to Shannon .I usually don't post or take time to give Kudos but I had to let World Finance know you have a special person employed with your Branch and hope she never leaves the company.

I most recently spoke with Shannon Hand to refinance my loan and she made the process so seamless and easy. To be harassed by this company when you have explained to them that you are not working. The employee laughed at me when I told her they were harassing me to say exactly, “I get tickled by that every time”,was her exact words. I will never recommend anyone to this company and I find it funny how hard it is to find there corporate office to file a complete complaint with them! Don’t waste your time, energy or free time being harassed. Never worth the headache!
