All workers there were exceptional! Latoya was the best helper with trying to help figure out my taxes and trying to file them. They were all very nice and professional. There is smiles as soon as I walked in the door. My son was with me and they all loved him and towards the end he was fussy and they never showed that dealing with him was a problem. I will definitely be going back again!

Courteous friendly family atmosphere the whole staff treats you as if they've known you your whole life. world finance is veteran friendly their accommodating easy-going as well as good at their jobs and efficiently moved throughout the and moffice as if they are all one unit. MaKayla is a pleasure to do business with. World Finance renewal loan procedures are electronically and within seconds loaded onto my debit card. I didn’t even have to step foot into the office. Easy and expeditiously smooth process🙂

This was the most hassle free process I’ve been through. The account specialist are pleasant, eager to help and are honest. I was also told by an outside source that World Finance was a good company.

Worst loan company ever . I know I had a few payment issue in the past due to lost of job but never have i expected this. I called this morning to pay on my account . I specifically told Erica to charge my account 65.00 I stated the comment twice and she was like ok “ sweetie “ everything was taking care of . I asked her what was my balance and she said that was the last payment and I was like huh! And she said you did say charge your card 270.00 right . No ma’am I didn’t . Then to make matters worst she couldn’t refund me my money back so now I gotta go a whole week with no money . I don’t appreciate this one bit and I will never do business ever again !!!!

Would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for financial assistance. All employees were extremely courteous and very pleasant.
