The staff is really friendly!! Love the service there, Naomi Cantu is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! And Ashley Lee has a great personality as well!! It''s a great peaceful environment to do your taxes or get a loan. The 4 stars is for the $400+ charge but it has nothing against the workers AT ALL!! WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE $400 TO SPARE ON TAX PREPARATIONS!!!!! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT❤❤❤❤❤

I recently got a personal loan here and i received a call within an hr & went over the application was approved right then and transferred me to Ashley in Nacogdoches branch & helped me out , she was very friendly and helpful . This place us really great if you are looking for a high loan.
