Went in expecting the usual loan office atmosphere. Slow and cluttered to get you signed up. But the person who helped blew me and my fiancee away! Rachel helped us every step of the way and was a wonderful employee! Truly amazing job! Thank you very much, Rachel! She deserves more than a 5 star review, she deserves one over 9,000! 😄

Ik I wrote a lot..... They're a poor excuse for a loan company. I got a loan through them on an online portal I did at their establishment (which was apparently done through another bank, WHICH SHOULDN'T MATTER) of course I forget about the loan, but income tax season comes around and I'm ready to clear it! I come in with the money and the woman at the counter tells me that I don't owe them anything I owe it at another loan company. That's cool! I'll pay it! And I did, but I see an email today that says I got a loan from check n go for two thousand dollars!! I figured I owed them a thousand dollar loan, and I was ready to pay it THAT SAME DAY I HAD MY INCOME TAX RETURN!! I'm honest about my transgressions but they're not. They kept telling me it wasn't done through them, but I filled out my information at the check n go establishment! Shouldn't they have know I went through then to get the loan, so shouldn't they have seen it on file and taken my money when I had it in my hand and was ready to give it! Y'all should at least know somethin' about that loan. But apparently not, they act clueless. Y'all, THEY HELPED me fill out the paperwork through the portal, y'all were ALSO able to see my other loan I owe Another Loan company (WHICH I PAID OFF THAT DAY I GOT MY RETURNS!) But you didn't see the loan I did at your company! I'm confused 🤔 Sounds like BS to me. Don't trust them. They're unreliable.

I was in a bind from multiple surgeries hitting and my car went down. Needed help. And the manager Rachel at the nacogdoches location was so helpful and sweet. She did everything in her power to get me approved for something. And DID!!!! She was amazing good customer service and they are human there they understand our problem and are there to help. Highly recommend them. And staff was amazing as well!!!
