Frandy was absolutely helpful with the whole process of a loan and everything went fast and smoothly. I called just a couple days prior knowing i needed to get new tires before any snow hits and now i feel like i can enter the Winter safely thanks to his help and everyone in the office. 04/08/2022 I don't know who just answer the phone this morning at 11:01, but I was just seeing about rewriting, because it said I had money available, well I said it wrong and whoever answer the phone is rude! Please get someone else to answer your phone for you, because she clearly does not fit for the job. I had appointment today with kylie at 10am , excellent consumers services, she was smiling, very polite. I was in and out. She explain everything to me. I definitely recommend this place. Im glad I chose this location. I love how they greet you soon you walk in the door.

After being approved online, I was able to schedule a follow up appointment and received my money the same day. Kylie was so professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I definitely will be back to complete my taxes with them too.

I was going through a rough time. I applied and was approved in a timely fashion! I feel short and needed to get somethings together in order to get it . When I say that Laportia Mccloud is the most professional in customer service I have seen, I mean it! She was patient and respectful! She worked with me and worked over her lunch to help me get the documents needed! If you need a loan, come here and see her! Very very nice person and environment!
