Poor customer service. Agents lie about your account information in vain attempts to show that they understand the glitches you're experiencing with their payment system. Very passive aggressive behavior coupled with no experience with customer issues equals the worst customer service.

They must only have one customer service rep. seeing as it take hours to get on the phone with one

Truly the most unskilled employees on the planet! If I shared the details of the payments to my son's loans nobody would believe it could have been screwed up that bad when I literally spent $70 sending in separate overnight checks with full details in each package. Stay away!!!!

Collection agency scammers block all numbers connected with them, and be sure if speak with them after they say they are recording, also gives you the legal right to record as well if you wish.

Less than a STAR! This is the worst place to get a loan! They don't work with you during Covid, won't lower interest rates and won't negotiate any additional fees as a result of illness or loss of income! Go elsewhere! Dealing with this lender is like dealing with a human robot- no feelings, no empathy! I hope they go UNDER!
