If there were six stars, I would choose them all. I recently came into some bad news that required a pretty quick influx of funds. While I'm rebuilding credit, it's not where it needs to be quite yet to apply for traditional lending. At the suggestion of a good friend, I went online and completed the first part of the World Finance application. Misty promptly called, but of course I was busy. After several rounds of her attempting, I finally was able to link up. She was one of the most compassionate, caring, and straight forward people in the lending industry I have ever encountered. On the day of getting the payment, she was just as genuine in person as she was on the phone. It made a nervous, somewhat embarrassing situation become one of ease and confidence. I filed my taxes with this branch on Jan 30,2020. This was my first time ever filing with a finance company. My taxes were accepted the same day. I’ve had nothing but headaches with the IRS since then. Here it is April 15,2020 and I still have NOT received my taxes. It’s “under review” due to inaccuracy. I’ve never had this problem. Now my stimulus money was deposited today into the finance company’s account only to find out that they sent the money back to the IRS because they didn’t want to accept them but they have no further info or idea when I’ll receive ANY OF MY MONEY!! I would never go back here or refer anybody. And they’re filing fees are super high!
