Maddy, Ava, and karissa are some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. The genuinely care about you m, not you’re money. I wanted to bump up my loan and pay some other loans off, they looked into it and seen that it would actually cost me more a month if I were to do that. I appreciated that so much. They are so funny and make it so comfortable to be in the office. Would definitely recommend coming here for any financial needs you have and they will make sure it is in your best interest. They work together as a team and it’s just so homey in there. Love, love, love these girls.

Absolutely wonderful and extraordinary staff. Karissa and Maddy are some of the most warming and down to earth people just to have a conversation with and I barely like keeping conversations so that says a LOT about their outstanding characters! Busy bee's and they helped any and every one they possibly could in the small amount of time they had left before their shifts ended. I called in to get some information regarding a loan and was explained everything in depth to where I could understand by Ava, Maddie and Karissa! They were all so sweet and helpful! Of course every business wants to gain clients, but I was assured that a loan would not be my absolute best option and I appreciated that they cared more about my situation rather than my money! I’d recommend speaking with any of these lovely ladies if you’re in need of some financial help!

I called this morning to refinance my loan. I got something in the mail stating I could refinance as well as the online portal that advised I could refinance as well. First girl I spoke to had me on hold for 10 mins to “look up my account” I then called back and was placed on another brief hold. Then I spoke with karissa.. I stated what I was calling for and let me just say I’ve been a customer to this location for a few years now and I had a better experience when the old manager was there. Basically karissa looked into my account and stated I could not refinance due to the size of my loan even tho I got those two things stating I could. She then proceeded to argue with me on why I could not refinance. It was a mess and unfortunately I will be paying this loan off and taking my business else where. The girls seem new but they also lack professionalism and I couldn’t tell they’ve worked in customer service before. You’re better off giving someone else your business.
