I've been to the Rock falls location for my car, van and box truck. EVERY time I've been treated very well and I feel like I'm getting a great value in repairs and overall experience. They even have a shop dog that greets you. I really like the family feeling I get and feel safe in my vehicles after they have repaired them.

I have gotten new tires from them in the past with great service and value. They are literal tire experts and know everything about the business. I had a flat tire yesterday morning and they drove to my house and picked up my tire, quickly patched it and put it back on my car. Exceptional service at a very fair price! Way to go Moore Tire!!!

Moore Tires was fast, professional, and well-priced. I got there early at 7:45am on a Saturday and was out before 9am with new front brakes. I was able to spend my time productively using my phone and laptop in their waiting area. I will definitely use their services again!

I gave them 2 stars due to the lack of professionalism. I purchase a set of drive tires for my tractor. I prepaid for the service. I was informed that I would receive a call when it was done we had an understanding that if it was passed closing time to just leave the receipt in the truck. There never was a phone call to inform that the truck was ready when I arrived my driver window was completely rolled down and on top of that no receipt.

Fantastic people. They were fast, reliable and most importantly honest. I had a screw in the front tire, took me in and fixed the flat. They could have easily sold me a new tire but chose to do the right thing and fix it. I will definitely use them in the future when in the area.

Personnel at Moore Tires in Rock Falls were awesome! Kyle (if I remember correctly) was very patient and listened to my concerns. They did not attempt to push unnecessary items or services. I definitely will be getting services in the future with them, and will highly recommend to anyone who asks.

I was about to take a long road trip and noticed uneven wear on my tires before I left. Moore’s was able to get me in same day and get me an alignment in less than an hour and a everyone was extremely nice. The inside had a really nice waiting area with coffee and water while you waited

Now passing the torch to my oldest daughter 😀 Friendly team, responsible rates, and they even allowed me to use a loaner car while my car was getting brakes, rotors and tire repair. Moore’s Tires is the first business I think of when I need brakes, rotors, and tires. Great local business!

Took my truck in for alignment. They found a problem. I got it fixed. They found a second problem. While they fixed the second issue they loned me a car. After every thing the price they quoted was the price I payed. They are kind and the prices are reasonable. Great work guys!!

They took care of business, we were passing through town and had an issue with our vehicle, they quoted me for ball joint and two tires and fit me in even tho they were about to close in an hour. Car drove a lot better afterwards! Thanks guys!! Five stars

Great customer service. Love the tires, was okay about an extra $99 wheel alignment. I wish I would have been given the option to have purchased the Moore tires protection plan at $59.96 after I saw it on my bill, after I had paid for it. I would not have purchased it if given the option.

Was very satisfied that Moore tire accommodated my needs to come to the hospital (birth of my daughter) pick up my vehicle do necessary repairs and drop off when completed so I could stay here and be with my family. Very grateful for that.

Unfortunately had a flat tire driving across the country and were very lucky to be close to Moore’s. When calling for help, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. We needed roadside assistance and the polite young man that showed up was fast and very helpful. We ended up needing two front tires once we got back to Moore’s which were very reasonably priced. The service was quick and the employees were straight to the point. Huge thank you to Greg and the rest of the Moore’s team for making this as easy as possible for us. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This is a challenging review to write. The bottom line: Moore Tires has always been good to me in the past, and, though my recent 1 day service appointment turned into nearly 2 weeks, Moore Tires kept their promises and continued to fix their mistakes. Prior to this visit, my experiences with Moore Tires were always positive. This visit was unlike those in the past. I scheduled an appointment for our Class C motorhome to get a brake inspection + repairs, as needed. After inspection, they said brakes and hubs had to be replaced. I asked if the calipers were OK, and they said yes. I was told the work would be done by mid-afternoon. I did not receive a status update from Moore Tires until I called them back twice in the afternoon. They informed me that it would now be done in the early evening. I call again in the evening, and I'm told it will now be ready at closing. I arrive at closing, and waited another hour before they were done with the job. Unfortunately, on the way home, one of the inspected calipers seized up. I was fighting the RV to keep it straight, and the metal-on-metal odor was pretty intense. After getting home that night, I reached out to Moore Tires via chat. They responded promptly, which was pretty cool -- they responded /after closing/. The agent arranged for someone to come pick up the vehicle the next morning, take it back, and make things right. They followed through. 3 of the 4 calipers were replaced, no charge. Unfortunately, when they brought the RV back to me, they lost a hubcap along the way. And I found 2 of the remaining 3 weren't fully secured. I called them back. The agent confirms someone will be back on Monday to put the lost hubcap back on and to secure loose ones. Monday comes, and the gentleman arrives. He also leaves. And unfortunately, he didn't knock on the door or speak to me at all between those two actions. I called them back, again. The agent lets me know they lost some parts they needed to secure the hub caps. Because of that, they are ordering replacement hubcaps for me. Several days later the new hubcaps arrive. They installed them in my driveway. And with those two boring sentences, so ends this 1-day repair. Ultimately, Moore Tires made things right. And they've been awesome in the past. But this time I had to follow up a lot. I expect it was because of staffing challenges that they told me about towards the middle or end of this adventure. Will I go back? Maybe. I hope Moore Tires can make some tweaks, though. For example, don't over-promise on timelines. Under-promise, and over-deliver. And communication really matters. Communicate proactively, so to make sure my expectations match the reality of things.

Instead of calling they text you, never recieved a text so I stopped 20 minutes before they closed and it had been done for hours they claimed. When I mentioned no one called they claimed they sent me a text which I showed them I didn't receive so they told me I must have them blocked. Funny thing is I recieved a text the other day from them asking for a review so obviously not the case. My window was left cracked down while it had been raining on and off all day and the tool for the locking lug bolts that I had kept in a bag in my dash was just tossed in my center council along with the grease that was on it.

I always have a great experience here. I was short on time I called ahead and he was literally waiting for me to drop the keys..great fast service..and who doesn't want that rite???

Broke down and needed some new rear tires for my truck to make it thru the winter. A quick call to Aaron, and they had what I needed in stock and ready to roll on a Saturday.

I spoke with Bill to find the tires I was requesting for my vehicle. He guided me to a different set that are better than the ones I had originally thought I wanted. Great conversation with Bill and knowledge of tires. I most definitely recommend Moore Tires for all your service and replacement tires needs.

We’ve always had a Great experience with Moore tires. They got a tire for our sons car overnight and had it installed and aligned in no time. We are very pleased with their service as always!!

Nice clean business, doesn't smell like your old traditional tire shops. Everyone that we dealt with the day of our appointment was super friendly ( Shelby & Bill ) but I will never deal with Barry again up there. I never received a call that my tires weren't there like he promised he would. Didn't find out till we were up there after a 40 min drive.. Sorry but I'm old school and your only as good as your word !! I give Moore tire a 4.5 star but Thanks to Barry I can only give a 3 star officially on here !!

I had to wait until someone who works there to wait on me. Several people walked by me didn't even acknowledge me standing there. Once I talked to someone my issue was taken care of fairly quickly and I received excellent help. the mechanic took more than enough time to explain the situation to me.

Do not, absolutely do not trust Moore Tires in Rock Falls Illinois!!!!! They lie and deceive and place you in danger!!!! Misdiagnosed my axle as brakes in July, then finally did replace said axle in September, however resulting in excessive brake noise. They charged me $68.00 to "clean and adjust" the brakes. Whatever, fine. But then today the SAME SET OF BRAKES started making the same set of noises again!!! A week later not even. I took it to a friend in town and we found enough lube to make a slip and slide on the clips and hardware. After grinding off and lightly lubricating the brakes they have remained quiet. Shame on Moore!!! Deceptive practices!!

Awesome and convenient service! I had a flat and was stuck in my driveway. They came out to inspect my tire then took it with them to fix/replace, so I didn't have to tow my car or leave home. Super happy and will definitely choose them, again

Would have scored them a 4 or 5 but they took a long time to service my car and they were not all that busy. Friendly staff and answered all my questions. Will be a repeat customer.

Great service. Helpful with making sure my vehicle was fit to drive and gave a loaner til it was fixed. Greg was very kind and swift worker. The guys who fixed it made sure that my brakes were done right.

We were traveling from New York State and got a flat tire. We googled repair shops and called Moore Tires. They sent a nice young man out to fix it . It was done quickly and the young man was professional and thorough. I highly recommend!!!

The light came on for low air pressure and my past experience has been something in the tire that was causing a slow air leak. I went in about 2pm on a Monday, told them the problem and they took my car in right away. They discovered the problem was a mail in the left rear tire, took it out, made the repairs and I was in and out inside of an hour! Awesome service and the price was in line with what I had been charged before st other repair facilities!

I walked in for trailer tire issue, after check in they put me in, it took less than 45min to get done , I would recommend more people to go there for their services.

I just want to say that your staff makes you feel very special. Upon my arrival.The gentleman behind the counter said hi Gary what can I do for you. How he knew my name I don't know. I suppose he looked up my license plates when I pulled up. Upon my return with your loaner car witch is also a great perk he called me Mr Sarver. How he pulled that one off I don't know. My overall experience was that your prices are a little high compared to others but others don't do a rotation for free either. I would like to make sure your staff see's this. They need to be commented for their efforts. In closing I will also advise I have been a customer for several years and I have always been treated like I'm the only customer in your building. I had an unexpected flat tire on a late Saturday morning. The people at Moore Tires in Rock Falls were super polite, understood I was from out of town, and graciously worked me in to their very busY schedule. I was done in less than an hour, which considering how busy the place was, I am not sure how they did it. Showed up to the truck and found a flat super single drive tire. Called Moore's and was greater by a friendly, professional staff! Service truck was on scene within 1/2 hour! Service techs were very quick, very professional!

I hadn't used Moore's tire in years. We have been living out of state. We where traveling through to see family and needed tires for our fifth wheel. Contacted Moores and dropped the trailer off and 2 hours later were on the road again.

I called at minimum ten different tire places in my area, and none of them had my specific tire in stock. I will most definitely be back! Not only did they have it on hand, they also completed the job in the same day! Thank you again for your amazing customer service!

These gentlemen are the epitome of good people. While driving my 2 small kids 5 hours from door county WI to Erie IL, my low oil light came on. I immediately pulled over on the closest exit and my husband walked me through checking my oil. He directed me to go to the closest gas station and buy oil and put it in. It was a ways on the highway before the next exit with a sign for a gas station but I took the first one. Unfortunately there wasn't a gas station in sight but there was Moore Tires. I pulled in to see if they were open but it was obvious they weren't. There was a gentleman waiting outside for a ride. Upon asking him where the closest gas station was and explaining my dilemma he immediately went to talk to his boss. He came back out not a minute later directing me to pull into the first bay. The two gentlemen inside immediately got to fixing my problem and showed nothing but kindness and compassion. I cannot even explain how much this meant to me, not only as a person but that it gave me an opportunity to show my kids how absolutely incredible humans can be! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Blew a tire on the side of the road and their truck was at my location within 15 minutes, their two guys got right to work and had me back on the road in 35 minutes. Good pair of fellas, polite quick and professional. Went to there service station to settle up and everyone there was also helpful and polite and rather understanding of the difficult situation I was in.

Every time I use Moore for any vehicle service, the customer service is superb. Vehicles have been repaired and ready to go in a very timely manner. And my personal favorite part is the shop dog. Such a sweetheart, kept my kids entertained so they were not running around or fighting because the dog was so calm. I will continue to use Moore for all my vehicle needs.

Tire was cut and they were able to repair. Took us in without appointment as we were on our way to Chicago. There was some wait time but they were friendly and successfully repaired tire. Very reasonable price.

Called at 7:00 asking if they did walk-ins for semi tire repairs the guy I spoke with said absolutely bring it in. Got there at 8:30 and they pulled me right in got straight to work. Finished very fast. Great people great prices and we’re honest.

My 1953 Buick had a blowout at 6:00 am and it happened about 50 yards from their main entrance. Glenn and Todd had it repaired and I was on the road in less then 45 minutes. Very professional abd helpful

Moore's Tires was helpful and efficient. They came to my home, aired up my tire, followed me to their shop, and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the process.

I had been having trouble for days with a leaking tire that I had taken elsewhere to have repaired since it was the closest to my location. However after the repair the tire kept leaking and going flat within a matter of hours. When I took it back to them, they told me they couldn’t find the leak. So I brought it to Moore Tires and they got me in right away and found and fixed the leak.

I had my boat trailer tires serviced at Moores tires, the staff were friendly and helpful. This is the third time using this company and I will continue to use them in the future.

Called to get alignment checked on both our vehicles, expecting to have to wait a few days. They got us in for both vehicles within a couple hours! The alignment was fine on both, so they sent us home with no charge. Definitely will be returning!

I had a great experience at Moore Tires. I booked appointment to get new tires and received service the same day. The service was performed and delivered earlier than expected. They have an awesome lounge with comfy furniture, coffee bar, and bottled water to enjoy while you wait. I watch football on a large screen TV while I waited 1 hour while their staff replaced all 4 tires on my truck.

I got new tires for my semi, they were on budget, fast and nice to work with. So while waiting I got a price on tires for my pickup and they said they had them in stock and could do them right now! Ok let’s Roll!

Came out from work, ready to leave for a weekend trip, to find my tire completely flat. Called around to a few places nearby but they wouldn’t get to me for a few days! I didn’t call Moore, I just drove over and showed up. I was shocked when they said it would be done in 45 minutes. It was less than that. And…I hadn’t even asked in advance how much they would charge to fix my tire. I just needed it done because I was leaving on that trip as soon as it was fixed. So the repair was time sensitive and, I thought, whatever they charged would have to be ok because it needed done. So, I was shocked and thrilled that the cost was exceedingly reasonable. I was VERY happy with Moore Tires…and I’ll be back…hopefully not soon, mind you :-) but definitely back when necessary.

Its a great place. They really take care of you. You get what you pay for with Moore tires and in this economy, you need to go with Moore tires. They will go the distance to make sure the job gets done for you.

Rock Falls IL I called on a Saturday morning, they didn’t have the tire I wanted, but they had tires that would work. After talking with Aaron, he convinced me to wait for the tires I needed, he took the time to find out what kind of driving I do, he then went through the selections available. I selected one and he told me it would be available Monday morning. It’s a busy place, but they all worked to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. Price was reasonable, service great 👍 highly recommend this place for any of your tire / maintenance needs.

They were courteous, professional, had same day service, loaners, wonderful lounge area and explained the things they were doing and how much it would cost up front. Moore Tire is amazing! We are headed down south on vacation and had some tire issues. We called them up at 3:00(we were 40 mins away) and they closed at 4:00, they made time to get us in for new tires. Amazing service! If we didn’t live almost 7 hours away we would be back for sure. I called them because our travel trailer had a flat tire. We got back from a trip and parked it in our driveway. The next morning we had a flat tire. I could not get the lug nuts off no matter what I used. Anyway, I called them and told them my issue and they said they’d be out tomorrow which was fine. They actually came later that afternoon. Two young fellas showed up and did a great and quick job.

The employees were friendly & helpful, the work was done quickly and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that the employees were not wearing masks. One put a mask on to help me when I picked up my car, but I feel they should be wearing masks all the time. Customers are required to wear them.

I would recommend dropping off what you are having worked on and come back later, way later! 3 hours for a tire repair. +1 ⭐️ Great facility Large waiting area, recently remodeled, very cool and comfortable. I wasn’t in a hurry so I had a good experience all around, just look out for the salesmanship, not very honest there but no surprise right? A salesman is a salesman 🤷‍♂️

Most of the time I go there is for the Garco car rental. Which I've always had excellent luck with. I've bought tires there from time to time and can offer no complaints.

Moore tires of Rockfalls have bailed me out of a bind on more than one occasion. Twice I have limped my vehicle into the parking lot on the way to work and they had my tire fixed both times within an hour. The service there is excellent and everyone there was quick about getting me back on the road. Thanks guys 👍
