All the other women who work in this kenosha location are awesome nice caring and understanding. The store manager Katie she is horrible rude and inconsiderate. She talks at me as if I'm her child all because I'm delinquent and my doctor took me off work and I'm waiting on disability cause I'm considered disabled. The store manager does not care I think she don't like disabled people and have no empathy the way she down talks at me. I will suggest hopefully life situation don't happen to nobody while you have a loan out cause when you can't work do to a illness the store manager is rude and nasty about it.

I have been with world finance for 3 years now and never had any problems with them. They make it easy to pay your bill online or in the store. Everyone is nice and friendly they always greet you with a smile.

Ashley and Katie are awesome! We were able to get a loan and is was hassle free. They made sure we received all the information needed. We would highly recommend anyone who needs a loan or help filing taxes to go and see them!!

I made my payment early, they made a mistake and now they're harassing me over 12$. You'd think since it was your fault, You'd maybe add it to next month's bill as an apology for the inconvenience?? Instead they plan to blow up my phone for a month. Lovely

They are very professional and can answer all my questions very quickly and accurately, way cheaper than any other loan place not high in interest rates. Refinancing is super simple and they even did my taxes, which saved me a lot of time and hassle and was able to get money up front which really helped me out!! Great job keep it up guys you're doing an amazing job!!😁😁😁

I have had awesome service from all the staff at World Finance. I have been dealing with them for about a year. Refinancing is super easy. They are way better and way cheaper than a payday loan. I will likely be doing business with them in the future.

Extremely professional girls. Ashley and Katie go out of their way to help you through loan procedures. Always friendly when I call in my payments. They always recognize me when I stop in. 6/3/21: Recently, I refinanced my loan. It was all done online. I didn't need to leave my home. This technology was all new to me and Dawn helped me every step of the way. You are all rock stars!
