Kaizen CPAs + Advisors Green Bay Rd, Kenosha

Kaizen CPA'S took over VBL Certified Public Accountants. I had been with VBL for 30 yrs and had good service. I called to schedule an appointment with Kaizen and they said no appointments are being done. Drop off paperwork only. After over 5 weeks I have received no phone calls on the status of my taxes. During that time I called twice - no one from Kaizen returned my calls on the status of my taxes. I picked up my taxes and will have H&R BLOCK do them. H&R BLOCK gave me an appointment the very same day and will have them done in the same week. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND KAIZEN CPA'S TO ANYONE.

I have used SCL CPA PC for years with taxes and for financial advice and have always been pleased with the communication and results. Very responsive to specific questions I may have during the process. Highly recommended.
