Woodlands Financial financed a Toyota Camry for me when other traditional banks would not give me a chance because of an open auto loan I had on my credit. I had been involved in a car accident and the insurance company prolonged the claim which caused my credit score to drop. Woodlands Financial understood my situation and was able to finance me. This finance company is more than fair with all things related being considered. I have met several of the employees in person, and several others over the phone. They always make me feel comfortable and appreciated for giving them my business. I've read some of the negative reviews on here but let's keep it real. If you make your payment on time as agreed on the contract that you signed then you won't have to deal with the collection department. If you are giving someone an attitude then you might get one back. Remember that you are the ones that owe them money for the vehicle that you're using. Oh and, hi Claudia and Linda👋😁. The 2 of you are by far my favorites!

I have been doing business with Woodlands Financial, as a customer, and as a client(sending loan business through them)for the 5 years I have been with my company. Not only is everyone in the company super professional, and courteous, but very knowledgeable of the rules and regulations of lending. Their collection department is "top shelf" in keeping all of our accounts in order, and even try to work with folks, who are in difficult moments financially, all of which usually works out to happy customers, that increase the credit rating and buying ability, and want to return and buy another car from our company, asking to process their application through Woodlands. As far as our internal business dealings between their company and ours, it has always been totally on the up and up, and when there is confusion or a problem, they are quick to find a solution to make everyone happy. This attitude comes from the top of the tower, through the ranks, the underwriting department(although they are quick to keep me in check) to the office receptionist and everyone you come in contact with. Woodlands makes doing business with them so easy, it is NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE, to consider sending business to an alternate company. Anyone, who has an opportunity to experience Woodlands Financial, should do it, and think you'll feel the same as we do here at Green & White Automotive.
