Recently we had our checking accounts hacked. The ladies at Woodlands Bank were so helpful to stop the charges and set up new accounts that while we were there we inquired about mortgage interest rates. We wound up refinancing our mortgage as well. By doing this we were able to reduce our mortgage terms by eight years!!! What a savings!!! They were great and made the experience as a whole so easy. Great experience refinancing our home! They made it very easy and stress free.

I switched jobs and I was 30.00 in the negative because my husband thought I put the money in our joint account. I have almost 400.00 put into my account exactly 19 days later and I tried to use my debt card to pay a bill. They company that I was paying could not process my amount. I called the bank the next morning. They told me that because my a count was in the negative past 20 days that my whole account was on hold and my card was shut down. I explained to the manager that my account was not past 20 days and she told me that I was a liar. She then told me that I was not allowed to even access my account nor was I allowed to have another debt card for at least 6 months. I took all the money out of my account that night and switched banks that day. Take my advice! Don't bank at woodlands!!!
