Bank opens at 10AM. This is a bank, not a mom and pops convenience store. At the very least you should have a sign up saying you're closed for the day Inclement weather or not, someone from a nearby local branch could come to this location to have put a sign up to inform your customers, instead you have a group of customers waiting endlessly with no guarantee that you'll even open today.

The only place I would go get my check cashed in bank at the staff is very nice and very helpful

They take advantage of people with bad credit! They told me to give them ten minutes when they were actually running a credit check. Then they told me that I've had banking issues in the past and offered their "second chance" checking account which was 9.95 a month, which is a total rip off! The most I've ever had to pay for a checking account was 5 dollars a month. On top of that they wanted to charge me 15 dollars for them to print a debit card right there. What a joke! Again, no other bank has ever charged me for a debit card! Even though there are no branches in the area, I'll stick with Navy Fed and do all online banking!
