The Dave Henry Team was AMAZING! The pre-approval process was very simple and all of our questions were answered immediately. We never felt in the dark, or that we couldn’t ask any of the questions we had. Most of the mortgage process was completed during the pre-approval process, which made buying a home so much easier. We were on a budget and a timeline, and we needed to know exactly what we were going to pay for a home. They were able to help us set a price limit, and when we did find a home we liked, they were readily available to run the numbers and give a really accurate mortgage payment for that home. The Dave Henry Team must have run the numbers on a least 8 homes for us to help us decide if the mortgage payment was going to fit our budget. Once we found the right home for us, the Dave Henry Team was ready to go. They checked in often to make sure that we were up to date with the what was happening during the loan underwriting process. They made sure we had all of our necessary paperwork in order and made it easy to get them any paperwork we were missing.
