Lance personally made our home purchase so easy and smooth. He went out of his way to answer any questions I had and was readily available, even after hours. He responded to all of my emails (which was a lot!) within five minutes. Not only was he extremely responsive, he’s probably one of the nicest humans you’ll ever meet. 10/10 would recommend!
