Decent bank no problems in 5years of banking with them. Wish they would go back to 7 days a week since that's why I started banking with them to begin with.

Money keeps getting take out of my card don't know how I didn't even use it and everybody keeps forwarding my phone calls to voicemail 20 minutes before they close

The bank had no employees on the floor, and they don't know how to work with small businesses. The employee had an attitude and was extremely irrational and argumentive. Do yourseld a favor and bank elsewhere.

It’s a pretty good place to bank BUT always be sure to count your money because they did try and short me $100 but I always count my money before I walk way from the besk and sure enough there was exactly $100 missing from the money I withdrew and when I told the lady she asked like it was a mistake. I always count my money from this point on just to be sure it’s all there. I really don’t feel like it was a “Mistake” I actually feel like she meant to keep it. If I had left with out counting it I would have had been screwed.

Woodforest is a trash bank. I went here because of the convenience before but this is such a low class bank I cannot bank here anymore.

I do not know what your problem is because we have to go several times because of our work and they get upset they should change their attitude not all the staff are just two unfortunately Hispanic employees like me
