Woodforest National Bank US, Siler City

My husband and I just open a bank account the manager Mike Macon was very nice and professional, so far we had a very good experience. There was an issue with our account few days later and Mike made a good job trying to fix it, and he even call us to keep us informed!!!

Friendly service but they fail to tell me that since I'm a minior I link up with my mom account which she has another account in negative that all my money I worked hard for will automatically go into her negative account. I work hard for my money just for it to be taken away from me I think it unfair how they can take my hard working money without me knowing because I'm link to my mom account. I will not be using wood bank again I'm now with with credit union who tells me everything I need to know . I will now be getting my money not with the help of wood bank.

There is a lady name Dawn that works at this location, and she herself made this a five star experience. She was kind and Polite. She is only reason why I will being banking here. Thank you Dawn.

The worst bank i have ever had to deal with I closed my account after only a few months. They held my paycheck 24 hours the first time I deposited it without telling me that it’s policy , the first time I asked why the lady said we hold all your checks for 24 hours the first 30 days of new accounts, ok no big deal , weeks go by no issues except my card doesn’t work every where but no more holding my check . I go in cash my check and deposit the rest ,(had a different teller this time same woman who held my first check haven’t had to deal with since but had to this time)go to get lunch card declined because the lady decided to put it on hold because it’s still a new account but gave me cash from it ??? I told them to just give me all my money and close my account the gas station will cash my check with less trouble than my bank ? No thank you !

Very bad bank! Stopped using the bank and several months after not using their bank they closed my accounts without letting me know they closed them! The money in the accounts they kept it! I am glad that my accounts are closed! I will never use them again! Don't ever them! Tried to take care of it in the Asheboro North Carolina bank and was very unhelpful!

I just had to pay 5 dollars for a statement print out. What the heck?! The one in chapel hill doesnt charge anything!
