Best bank in Siler City, hands down. Everyone there is exceptional. I am always treated like family. They are so friendly and so kind. I've used them for both personal and business accounts. They are incredible at both. They go out of there way for me and my business. One day, they even came to my office to notarize an important document. Great bank, but incredible bankers and tellers make all the difference.

We have been Fidelity Bank customers for about a year and a half. During this time the employees have helped us thru some very difficult situations. Miles, Amanda, Kelly, and Maggie are a super nice group and they all have been a very valuable team for me and my business. Going thru back surgery and not being able to get out and about they made sure my business finances were looked after while I was in the the hospital and have been extremely helpful in helping me get another business adventure set up and running. I have been banking with this crew for a very long time. They are always so helpful and never had a problem. They always greet you like you are family and that is what I take away from my experiences there. Love the bank and all the people. Fidelity Bank is by far the best! I’ve been banking with them since I was 16 years old. I have never had an issue that Amanda and or Kelly have not taken care of for me.
