Woodforest National Bank Kimmell Rd, Vincennes

Very rude customer service and offers no assistance when needed. I am very dissatisfied with the bank. I got a new card n changed password im.ediately as told by manager himself ... but when I used my card for the first time it wouldnt allow me to use my new pin now the credit option. When I called to ask about thos and for help I was told they cannot recover my pin and I'd have ro buy another card for $15 and have to wait up to 7 to 10 days for a new card. Not to mention the person I spoke to was extremely rude from the beginning of the conversation all the way to the end of it. I will be switching banks and would NEVER recommend this bank to ANYONE!! Not to mention when I went into the bank in Vincennes Indiana, the ladies were very judgemental laughing and poking fun at me while I sat there speaking to their manager. Making me feel as though they were better than me for whatever reason because of my place of employment. HORRIBLE BANK I NEVER EVEN WENT THERE LET ALONE START AN ACCOUNT!!!!!

Vincennes branch are very nice. Washington branch are rude. They act like it a chore to wait on anyone. Thank you Vincennes💞

Terrible when it comes to loans. Suppose to take a certain about every month on a set day never do then take out a huge chunk and screw you never say anything about it! May not be a problem to some but when you have kids and one income yes it truly screws you!

This is the worst bank I've ever tried to deal with. Disrespectful employees, and terrible service. I recommend not to ever use this bank.

Sometimes ok service, sometimes not very professional. Meh🙄
