    I have been a customer for 3 years. I arrive at my local check into cash only to be sent home for more documentation. I go home , get the info and return only to see the store is closed for 30 minutes. I leave and return in 30 minutes. Only to be told I can no longer borrow dye to the fact that I am self employed, even though I have been the entire 3 years I have been a customer. Very disappointed. At least the girl could have told me on the first visit instead of my having to make 3 trips , much time wasted only to be told no. I will not recommend your service to anyone.

    Employees are not aware of policies. Every single person you speak to contradicts the last person. Manager Stacy caused them to lose our business for good. Good company, not great location, TERRIBLE new management.
