Woodforest National Bank Ramsey St, Fayetteville

I love the option of being able to cash a check with the app on your phone and it deposits it even on a holiday, BUT! I dont like how, now that I am about to start a job, I see they never gave me anything with my account and routing information on it,(I have something with my account number but no routing number) the app wouldn’t show me. I even went to the site. Nothing. Then I called the 24 hr number to try to speak to someone and get it over the phone, doesn’t give you the option to ask for the operator. Even after you entered the account number or your bank card number, it asks you to enter your pin (im assuming for your card) it said mine was invalid. So im stuck waiting until they open which is 10am I believe which is kinda late for a bank in my opinion.

Have Only Had great experiences with the Ramsey St branch, the online mobile, and Customer Service phone assistance! Have used them since Ramsey St branch first opened! When I travel I have had no issue in finding a branch in every location I have been. (Those branches were great too) Honestly wish they would consider opening another branch within the Fayetteville NC or a close surrounding area. I believe they would only grow especially if the military have a convenient location when they are shopping in the 401Bypass Area or maybe on Raeford Rd location to have North and South 401 areas for traveling back and forth through Fayetteville NC. Haven't had a bad experience. The ones complaining maybe didn't have money to begin with and then get mad when they over draft lol can't help you there

I wouldn't reccomend Woodforest to anyone. Service is terrible. Theyre all just worried about themselves than to care to get what you need done.

I have had excellent service at both centers in Fayetteville.

Quick and easy access. Friendly tellers and locations everywhere.

Do not bank with Woodforest Bank unless you like being robbed. They do nothing about fixing banking errors that are their fault. You cannot trust what the app tells you is your available balance. This "bank" is just in it for the fees.

Worse place to bank I went to cash my stimulas check which it says they can cash it there online but they said I had to see the manager stupidest people and horrible service

Don't bank with them they are crooked and there systems are flaw they have horrible overdraft policies and are not for the people very cheap bank

I love the tellers there, very polite!
