Very disappointing. High handed and shady banking practices. Beware the fees charged to accounts neither explained nor published. Customer satisfaction and loyalty are not hall marks of this institution. Go elsewhere with your money - or keep a sharp eye on it when you deal with this bank. Branch manager Quincy Carl doesn’t know how to get things right.

Bank sucks. Everytime I deposit a check in my business account it has a crazy back office hold and the hold your money ransom so they can charge all types of fees from business's Worst bank in america

Went in to cash money orders and I was told to wait until 10am, the lady was pretty nasty to me about that. About 5 minutes later I happened to look over and someone else is being helped (still not 10am) however, James Bulkley one of the service managers there did an excellent job rectifying my problem. I give James 5 Stars but the experience 3.
